Just Relax

I had a great 45 min foot massage from Yo-​Yo (that’s what she wrote down as her name). The «just foot massage» included a head/​neck/​arm massage as well, for $ 25. I expected to actually get a back massage as well, as every other reflexology place I’ve been to (and there have been a ton) includes a full body massage, even when you indicate «feet only».
It was really good and relaxing, the masseuse asked me about pressure, and I was never in any pain or discomfort (a big deal, bc I think most of these reflexology/​massage places can be pretty heavy handed, and I flinch at least a few times). I will say 45 min isn’t enough! I was really relaxed (like boneless jelly relaxed) and almost asleep when she finished; a huge feat for a mama with two kiddos under two!
Interestingly, I generally tip at least 20% for massage/​spa services, and handed her $ 30… And she didn’t even offer me change; fine as I wasn’t looking for it, just poor manners.

Love this place! Just discovered it today. I did the 45 min foot massage. They did my neck hands and legs too. They really worked in my feet and the semi private room was very relaxing. I agree that no one speaks English but who cares? The price is right! Will definitely be frequenting more often now that I know about this place!

My friend brought me here for a massage. They do not speak any English and the guy who massaged me had the flu and was sniffing and sneezing all over me. They have rolling walls and you can hear everything going on in the building they «shush» you if you speak. Not my thing, All yours.

Love this place! I go once a week! The Asians that work there do not speak much English but we get through it and it’s worth it! They are all so nice and aim to please.
I would give 5 stars, but the noise from the outside and newbie loud talkers really impact the overall experience.

My boyfriend and I decided to drop in to see about getting a foot massage today around 2:30 because we were in the area. They were busy and asked if we could wait about 30 min and that was fine. We both got the 15 min chair and 45 min foot massage-​reflexology.
It had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting a massage!!! I’m not sure the guys name that did my massage, but he was FALLING ASLEEP while working on me. I should have just got up and walked out, but did not want to disrupt anyone else’s experience. The place is also very noisy and they switched girls in the middle of my boyfriends massage. They are not at all professional.
Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

One of the best reflexology places I’ve been to around town. It’s slightly more expensive then the other ones.
I really like the atmosphere and the music. I got the back and foot combo. I like that they used a massage chair for the back portion. The therapist was very thorough. He used the perfect amount of pressure.
The location is in a convenient strip mall on Thomas and Scottsdale.

Crappy service. Switched masseuse from an experienced one to an inexperienced one in middle of massage without notice and then continued to charge the same even though dissatisfaction was shown.

Every time we have out of town guests who have traveled from afar, we take them to this spot/​our spot as a welcome weary traveler treat. Rave reviews from all who have been treated.

The woman with an extremely short hair cut had no idea what she was doing. I was sitting there in pain thinking how I couldn’t wait for it to be over. She hurt me so bad, fast forward to two days later and I can barely walk or even lay down. STAY AWAY

Have been coming to this place off and on for a few years — the foot massage is awesome — so relaxing. They do a consistently good job and I’ve also tried the chair massage/​foot combo which has been great too.

You will not be disappointed, they do a head neck and arm and hands while you soak your feet but I always ask for feet only and the entire time is dedicated to my feet as I have a regular massage therapist, this place is amazing on the feet, maybe addicting and the cost is very reasonable so I always tip generously.

Product: I wanted a 60 minute foot massage (reflexology), it was really 30 mins of head, shoulder and arms massage and the rest of the time was spent on your feet. They should really specify that they were going to «add in» these other massages as that didn’t interest me. I wanted my feet massaged and focused on not other body parts. I did not care for that.
Service/​technique: The reflexology was poorly done, technique is key in any massage and anyone who has had a decent massage knows that speed is not appreciated. Massages are supposed to be healing not rubbing my leg and feet repetitively really fast. I’m pretty sure you’re whole body shouldn’t be moving vigorously while they work on any part of your body. She didn’t know where to apply pressure and ease up. It was painful, uncomfortable and boring.

I was iffy before coming in because I was really wanting a back massage, but I received the best back massage in 15 minutes than I ever have had in a 60 minute session. And talk about the foot massage!!! Holy cow. I loved my session and I wanted to continue right after it ended. I WILL be going back here!

I’ve been all over China and have enjoyed a wide variety of reflexology. Just Relax is exactly what I expected and exactly what I needed. It is almost as inexpensive as it was in Bejing too! While it can be a bit noisy when somone walks into the front room, the service is attentive and thorough. I go as often as I can!

I love this place! My boyfriend works 12 hour days on his feet and could use a good foot rub on a regular basis. I try to oblige as much as possible, but for $ 20 for 30 minutes — this place is the better choice. It’s quiet, clean and the massages are amazing! My boyfriend falls asleep everytime because it is so relaxing. I’d highly recommend! This has become one of our favorite things to do on a Friday after HH.

Ok foot massage but overall disappointing experience.
I’m from California where I get reflexology massages at least once a month. I have never ever had one that didn’t include your back!
Until now.
Here, that’s a different request. The 60 minute reflexology here includes a few minutes on your face and each arm, then about 45 minutes in your calves and feet. Sorely (no pun intended) disappointed as I went in due to an achy back.
At the end she pointed to a combination reflexology and chair massage when I asked about my back. Weirdest arrangement I’ve ever seen.
The woman did a good job on my feet, I just didn’t need her to spend the whole time on that area. I would never have paid $ 35 for a foot massage only.
I’m shocked at their strange menu options now that I had this experience, I’ll be looking for somewhere else next time.
My only other complaint is that it’s really bright inside the rooms, which is not exactly relaxing, even with my eyes closed. I recommend they turn down the lighting.

Was looking for a reflexology place after running a half marathon (my feet were crying to be pampered!). This was a great choice! I went with the hour (only 35.00!). A very relaxing environment and quiet. For the hour I received a warm foot soak, full reflexology on both feet, calves, arms and head/​neck massage. I even fell asleep!
I floated out of there, on happy feet! Thank you!
