I was very disappointed with the service provided by this operation. There is a definite lack of knowledge on the part of their service reps (I dealt with two of them) and to make matters worse, they are unreliable and don’t always show up for appointments. I had a functioning computer with a virus that needed to be removed. The first guy they send out spent two hours working on the computer, finally stating that the virus was removed. Far from it. In fact, he made the problem worse. They sent out a different guy the next day. He managed to render the computer inoperable. He did say that he would be back out the following day. After waiting around for an hour and a half, I was able to get in touch with him. He said that he had family in town, so he couldn’t make it. No communication from him prior to my call and no apology. He then said that he would be by after the weekend. No show. Do not consider these people for anything. You will waste time and money and end up extremely frustrated. And they can’t even fix a relatively simple problem on a home computer.
