Not only the most exceptional customer service but also moderate prices and a perfect location. They are fast, efficient, the owner is usually there. I trust this place with all my favorite clothes. They email when my things are ready and use the most gentle cleaners. Thank you for making my clothes look like new.

I started going here because it’s really close to my workplace. Always liked it because they do a nice job on my clothes, the prices are good, the owner and staff are always especially friendly, the hours are convenient, they’re fast and efficient, and they email me when my clothes are ready. That alone is worth 5 stars to me. But today something happened that inspired me to write this review. I picked up my order — a pair of pants and a jacket. The owner mentioned they found something in the jacket pocket, «maybe a business card or something,» and it was attached in a little stapled bag. To my surprise, it was ten bucks! Is it a sad comment on society that I’m super impressed with this kind of honesty and integrity? Maybe. Regardless, it was a nice surprise, and a sign of the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back, and have me recommending this place to others. Well, I guess I just did. Thank you Lapels — glad to have you in «my» neighborhood.

We are new customers to Lapels and we already will not be going anywhere else! Not only are the prices fantastic but the customer service is amazing. We were welcomed as new comers right as we entered and felt like our clothes were in good hands! Their efficiency is superb — not only the turnaround time (less than 24 hours) but their email notifications of letting you know your items are ready for pick up! Can’t wait to be a long term customer of this business!

I’ve been a patron since the day lapels opened and I will not go anywhere else! The customer service is amazing. Shane is very friendly and always welcoming the turn around is exceptional. Not to mention the prices are great! The owner is there regularly and I feel like I’m a friend. Always asking if I’m happy with the results. I’ve never had a complaint in the time I’ve been dry cleaning and laundering my clothes here!

I brought in 7 items. I had three of the same sweaters and two other dry cleaners had damaged the buttons. They did everything perfectly included the sequined sweater and silk blouses. It was reasonable priced and they gave me a coupon for my next visit when I left. They were friendly and quick on drop off and pick up. My items were done a day earlier than expected and they emailed me right away. Not to mention how much healthier their cleaning methods are… Don’t hesitate on going to this cleaner!

When you first walk in, you are greeted by a friendly staff and it’s so clean! When I got my clothes back, they came out looking great and didn’t have a weird smell to them like how they used to have from other cleaners. Also, I love the fact that they email you when your clothes are ready. They are really great!!!

I tried this new dry cleaning on N Hayden called Lapels. Quick service, the shirts and trousers were great and they offer free delivery and pickup. Good deal.
