Visiting my parents and my mom bought tickets for the show. Doors opened at 7:15 and we were there at 7:20, we were happy with the seats, box office and security guy, however the service was sub par. Our server, Rebekah, may need some additional training and help. I ordered a water when we(my mom, dad, brother and I) ordered drinks and she told me she would be able to bring me a water once the show started. I never received my water and when we never saw our server after the second comedian I walked to the bar to order drinks(and my water). I told the bartender, who was extremely nice and helpful, that we had not been able to order due to the non existence of a server. He prepared our drinks, I had to pay with another card(because the original server had my credit card and no where to be found) and I carried them to our seats. We still had no sight of our server but noticed EVERYONE else had received their checks. At this point I was concerned but waited… After I never got my card I went to the bar to ask what was going on. The manager in a grey sweater told me he didn’t have it and our server would have gave it to him. I was irritated and frustrated they didn’t know where my card was and I was missing the show then our«server», if you can call her that, walked by and said she would drop it to me. I walked to my seat and my card was there. Needless to say, I feel bad for the server but left what I know if fair for the bartender for tip. The bartender felt bad stating, «I am sorry, we are busy, can I get a shot for you, would you like tickets to a future show?» All in all, show was good, bartender was great, service sucked and since I don’t live here my parents will give this place a second shot.

This was my first time here. I have been to other comedy clubs in town and this one is roomy with good service. The line up I saw was good, including the MC. I will return.

Not a happy atmosphere. Don’t waste your $$ ALSO Management has no desire to ensure a fun night.

I liked the laugh factory. Unlike other clubs where you can’t move because of being jam packed in. There are individual tables to be seated at– and that’s a big plus to me. Drinks were reasonable even with a 2 drink pp minimum and it’s an easily affordable evening out for two or more. I can definitely see us returning for more comedy and laughs.

Thought show was funny with Paul Rodriguez ending the night. Packed house. Waitress was fine. One of the worst bathrooms ever– stench and several sinks with handles missing. Guests asked for soap in the ladies room thought the night, but never done. Just makes me question how long this place will be open.

Great place for a date night. The venue is very spacious, the comedians were very funny leading up to Paul Rodriguez who is still very funny. All in all it was a great NYE but i do have to say that the wait staff needs a little improvement. I enjoyed it and plan to return.

Went here for the first time tonight. The venue has lots of space to move which was an improvement over other valley clubs and drinks were standard bar prices. Unlike other marked up comedy clubs. And the comedy was excellent. My gripes were with service. Every table around me had been served by the time the show started. Our waitress didn’t even take our orders until the second comedian got on stage and we were sat with everybody else and passed over multiple times. And when I tried to get served earlier she told me she was busy and couldn’t help us. I can’t say I wont go back but I can say had I been at a non two drink minimum establishment I would have taken my money else where.

The lineup was pretty good — the talent worked hard. Worst service ever. We purchased VIP tickets — what did that mean? Turns out it meant we sat at a small table, much farther away than people who purchased the $ 10 tickets. Then, adding insult to injury, it took 55 minutes to get our first drink — and it was wrong. My double bourbon on the rocks came without the ice. The server said she’d be right back with a glass of ice — 20 minutes later we flagged her down –she’d «forgotten.» We saw people on their third/fourth drink before we finally got ours. Very irritating.

Went to the Scottsdale Laugh Factory with a group of friends on a Saturday night and attended the 8PM show. I worked with Paul the manager to purchase our tickets and he really went out of his way to help us. He let our group in early to meet and have drinks and then ensured that we all sat together. The Comedy acts were great, the servers were great and the prices reasonable. If you want an evening of fun, this is the place.

We love coming here. The groupon($ 10 per person) and the very fair prices on food and drinks makes this an affordable adult night out.

Been to a lot of comedy clubs in the valley and this was probably the worst of them. The management does not care if you have a concern with anything and literally looked me in the eye and refused to answer my questions with more than«it’s just one show». That response made no sense to the concern or question I was asking. Server was good but when I asked who the manager was, she pointed him out and as I walked over to talk to him, she said«don’t do it». Never going back.

This club is amazing. The room has a cool vibe and the staff were very friendly and welcoming to us. We had the tacos and they were really good. They come in 3 but we asked for an extra to make 4 so we could split them. The guacamole was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. We will definitely be coming back soon! Thanks for an awesome experience, Laugh Factory!

Great time each time. They’re still finding their way with the comedians since a new business but there’s always a couple great ones, service is always wonderful, management courteous and welcoming, food great, and crowd very cool and down to earth. I hope more people come to support them cuz id love to see this business make it :)

The comedians were good — that’s the main thing you go there for. JJ Walker and John Caponera kept the audience laughing and entertained. Great set. The venue itself… well, not bad. Kind of an odd space, seemed like a converted Chuck E Cheese’s or something. Service was slow, but our server was new so I’ll cut her some slack on that. There’s just so much more that could be done with this now-sterile space to make it more unique. I don’t claim to be an interior designer or anything, but use the lighting to pump up the energy before the show starts. Use all that empty blank yellow wall space to do something fun with a projector(show some old comedy bits or Laugh Factory acts from elsewhere, or do something fun with a logo projection on the wall, etc). Get the audience pumped up. It was also pretty hot in there. Yes it’s July in Scottsdale, but keep the audience comfortable and crank the a/c up a bit. They’re new, they’re just starting out, and they had good comedians. Hopefully they’ll continue to move in the right direction.

Hands down, the worst service ever! Ordered food that never came and the waitress only came around once for drinks. She couldn’t find our tab at the end of the evening and we left after handing her $ 25. The comedy was just meh, and may have been funny if I wasn’t so hungry! Owner told us on the phone to come early for dinner. Don’t do it! Eat first!

They really did it! They built a REAL legit comedy club in Phoenix, AZ! Thank you! Girls night out was the best! And SMOOTH-E Is freaking hilarious and gets funnier every time we go see him! The service was great, the music was a blast, the food is very good, and the ambiance is appropriate for most any occasion!

Fun times. I know this place is new so I gave them a little wiggle room for slow service but overall I really enjoyed myself.

Poor service… Beyond a doubt… We had free tickets wanted to check out the show we’ve been here for over a half hour and have yet to see a waiter on our side of the club. For a two drink minimum I expect a waiter to show up at some point. Five tables waited for over 45 minutes we had to talk to the main staff three times before someone even showed up to ask what we wanted to drink I have yet to see the show so we will see how it goes… I highly doubt I will drive this far for poor service and low quality drinks again.
