Lea Ann Hervey

Lea Ann is by far the finest real estate agent that my wife and I have ever worked with. She is patient, interested and thoughtful. We started off trying to rent a place in Arizona. Lea Ann showed us tons of properties. All the while, learning about our likes and dislikes. She dissuaded us from properties she knew we wouldn’t like. It was like working with a friend. Once we decided that we wanted to buy, Lea Ann was able to shift gears and find us a GREAT place.
There was never a question she was our advocate. She fought for our issues and negotiated as if the house we were buying was her own. All of the craft folks she recommended to us were top notch and had the same level of integrity she does (super high). I have NEVER recommend a real estate agent. There has not been one, prior to Lea Ann, that I’d want to work with again. In fact, my wife and I dreaded finding/​working with a new real estate agent almost as much as finding a new dentist or buying a car. But there were no games with Lea Ann. I value her insight. I would highly recommend using her if you are moving into the Phoenix/​Scottsdale metro area.
