Little Moe Property Management

I had an unusual request, (at least to the likes of the bigger realty names in this city) until I called Shannon at Little Moe’s. My mother had just been put officially into hospice and as her primary (only) caregiver for the past 6 yrs my ‘job description’ has a different definition sometimes daily. The relatives were going to start descending on us from our ‘homeland’ in the Midwest and we no longer have room to entertain and board everyone. I called around to many rentals and explained that I had special circumstances and was in need of a unit for the month of September in the central Phoenix (Biltmore) area. Some of the units had been available and on Zillow for months and there seemed to be a glut of these rentals in our area with nobody snapping them at any fast pace. I expected some opposition but not prepared for the cold, rude and frankly not very business saavy attitudes I got from my cold calls. In 5 minutes Shannon turned my day of sadness and rejection into a pleasant and reasonably productive one and tho she didn’t have a property that was appropriate for my needs she referred me to 2 great suggestions (names & numbers) of people whom she believed would be. What a gem of a woman with compassion and a willingness to help. I’ll continue to call them ANY time I need a rental or know someone else who does. I can’t say enough good things about them simply based on her patience and sincere willingness to assist me during a difficult time. It speaks volumes and I appreciate it very much. Thanks Shannon
