I received a gift card to LunchBox and, after my experience, I’ll never go anywhere else again. The salon was clean, chic and inviting. Taylor was incredibly personable, yet professional, and transformed my eyebrows. Needless to say, I am super impressed with LunchBox’s services and personnel.

The staff here is awesome!!! I was visiting from out of town and I had a groupon for another location but they were kind enough to give me directions, make an appointment for me, and offer other good tips. Had I not already paid for the groupon, I would have definitely used this location… and when I return next holiday season, I will!

I had a wonderful experience here. The salon is beautiful and clean. From the moment I walked in I felt completely comfortable. My Waxologist was named Jamie Mueller and she was fantastic. She was patient with all my questions and answered them efficiently. She made my Brazilian as painless as a Brazilian can be! I have been searching for a great waxing place in Scottsdale and I think I’ve finally found one! Highly recommend LunchBOX and Jamie!

I just moved here and needed to find a new waxing salon. I found it and my person! Jamie is professional and yet fun. She did a great Brazilian! Fast and as painless as it can be! I will be going to her regularly.

Jamie is the queen of brows, a consummate professional who slays those little blonde hairs that are impossible to tweeze at home.
After going almost two months without a brow wax and tint, she was able to shape my baby Chewbaccas into perfectly arched Kardashian brows (you know you want them, too)!
Don’t expect to get in and out like a wax at a low-​rent nail salon, Jamie is a perfectionist who will labor over those brows until you get the look you want.
I won’t let anyone else touch ‘em!

Came here today to get my brows and lips done and it was a beautiful, clean new environment with very friendly staff. The overall experience was comfortable, calm, pleasant, and my brows looked great! I will definitely be coming back.

just visited this location today for a brazilian and i loved it. i drove to this spot from the west valley but it was so worth it. the whole place was clean and bright, the staff was really friendly, i was offered a glass of water within the first couple minutes, and there’s seating both inside and outside with a variety of current magazines to flip thru while you wait.
olivia was my «waxologist» and she did a great job. she was friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. prior to the wax i used the restroom which was clean, organized, and i noticed they offered tampons and some other toiletries if anyone needed. the wax itself was pretty quick and was honestly probably the least painful wax i’ve ever had (although i don’t usually find waxes to be that painful). probably has to do with the fact they use a soft wax. the room i was in was bright and modern, and there was like some downtempo/​chill music playing softly, which was a nice change from the usual spa music or silence i tend to encounter, haha. they also had a «tidy-​up wipe» and little paper sheet to drape over your goods before your waxologist enters the room.
all in all, it was a great experience. i’m very happy with how my appointment went and will definitely be returning for my next wax.

Great Bikini Wax and their technique is superior! They are very well trained technicians. Super clean and sanitary! Love this place ! Great location and they just opened a new location on Scottsdale Road and Pinnacle Peak!

I went in for a brow and Brazilian. I’m happy with both, Julie was adorable and we chatted about dogs and work and this and that while she was waxing my lady bits. Soft wax which I wasn’t a huge fan of personally. I’ve always had hard wax for Brazilians in the past and the strip waxing style left my skin super sore and tender. I have sensitive skin as is so this might be a deal breaker for me. I’ll definitely come back for waxing everything else that’s for sure.
If you’re in the Phoenix/​Scottsdale area I highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised. Bright doctors office lights in wax room rather than dim spa lighting, so they can actually SEE what they’re doing on you. I got a Brazilian and eye brows. Left no hairs on me like other places have done. The areas they wax are smaller so less pain.
Julie also did a great job shaping my uneven, holey brows. MUCH more affordable than spas that charge you $ 70 Brazilian for being a new client, then $ 55 after that. They do one flat rate!

Heather is completely amazing. Heather makes the session go by so smoothly. She is gentle and explains everything as she goes. She makes me laugh so I don’t think about the pain. I appreciate your work. Thank you.
I love coming to Lunchbox. Its the prefect place to get wax. I feel so relaxed even though there is some pain involved. Thank you for everything. I will be back soon.
