Saw Heather today, and she is awesome! I’ve seen a couple other girls who did the same service and by far Heather is my favorite. She was fast, and still very delicate with the service. She was very friendly and made great conversation which made things a lot more easy for me while I was getting waxed. I kept seeing food reviews on her and they don’t disappoint. Definitely made another appointment with her.

Loved my first appointment! The salon was bright, clean, and inviting.
This was my first Brazilian ever and Heather did an absolutely fabulous job! She definitely takes pride in the work that she does and is super detailed orientated. She made me as comfortable as possible, explaining every step of the process and the aftercare, and making sure the end result was what I wanted, Already have my next wax booked.

I have been her 3 times now with two different girls having done my eyebrows, and they were both amazing and talked me through the entire process. They talked to me about growing out my eyebrows in certain areas so we can keep working the the shape and arch. My brows have never looked better! It is extremely clean and comfortable. They always have openings and their prices are competitive. I highly recommend this waxing salon! Tara and Kelley are both amazing!

Lunchbox is the salon to go to for your waxing needs. The space is clean, bright, and the staff are super friendly. And Heather is awesome! She’s so personable and gentle. She really does make the dreaded waxing experience not so dreadful :-).

This place and people are amazing! Heather is fabulous at what she does — professional and with a great personality. This rates next to my least favorite of things to do (the dentist being first) and yet I find my experience each time being very positive and amazingly enjoyable! The personal and professional attention that Heather gives, as well as an excellent result of waxing, makes me actually enjoy going. The results of the type wax they use at Lunch Box, I think is far superior to any waxing experience I have had. Kudos to Heather and her staff — they are superb!

If you’re planning on going for a wax job today let me save you the trouble and DON’T VISIT THIS LOCATION. (Having just moved to Scottsdale I was looking for a good waxer.)Or… if you do, do yourself a favor and make sure you don’t get Heather. She needs to take some lessons in bedside manner if you know what I mean. Very abrasive and is has zero compassion for the paying guest in the room. I have seen her a couple of times and I actually thought she was just having a bad day but I was wrong. I won’t be going back. Although skilled she clearly has issues and if she doesn’t like you beware she’lll let you know it. Very unhappy with this service.

I drive a half hour when I work at a salon and get waxed for free, Heather is that good. She’s quick and precise. Professional and keeps convo going so you don’t even know you’re getting waxed. I found them on groupon and will never go anywhere else!

This is amongst the best places I have ever gone to get my eyebrow wax. I’m extremely particular about my eyebrows, as I don’t like them being too thin, and Kelly perfectly fit my needs! I will always be appreciative for her amazing skills when it comes to fitting my particular aesthetic and will always come to her. I highly recommend going to Kelly she’s amazing!

I bought I Groupon to check this place out. I made my appointment and it was very easy. Once I got there, I filled out some paperwork and Kelley took me back to the room to do my waxing. I forgot to take an ibuprofen, so I was a little nervous. Kelley was very professional and my waxing went pretty fast and not incredibly painful, for the area. When she completed the work, she checked me out and I was offered the same deal if I booked within 2 months, of course I made my appointment. I will be there in January.

This is my second experience at this cool new spot and I love it– will never go anywhere else.
Kelley is professional and engaging– made me feel comfortable right from the start!
This was the most comfortable (as can be) Brazilian Wax I have EVER had and strongly recommend giving them a try. Ask for Kelley– she’s awesome.
Kind of an edgy name– but what the heck– if they can advertise condoms on TV I guess these folks can get away with it– I wish them all the best and hope they stay around!

Walked in and was greeted by two adorable women.
No one likes this process but out of the gates, you are set at ease.
They use soft wax… Didn’t hurt a bit!
I was offered water. Don’t get that very often.
Extremely clean.

I started coming here for waxing appointments with Heather and I seriously love it, I won’t go anywhere else. The salon is spotless and comfortable for customers. Heather is kind and professional and completely puts me at ease every time I go in for an appointment. I have already sent some of my friends to see her, she is the best.

New wax salon up in the north. This franchise’s concept is apparently ‘quick’ wax so that you can get your wax done during your lunch. They use soft wax and its still painful nothing different compared to hard wax. Wax is always painful anywhere. The staffs are outstanding. It really is so quick and painful. Great service!

The lunchbox waxing salons is a company I support overall. With that being said, each individual location can make or break an experience. I had a wonderful experience with this location. Heather was my waxologist and was very quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. The staff and location were terrific. Everything was very clean and well kept. I am looking forward to my next visit!
