Magic Massage and Spa

Ok, just noticed my old review. The upfront fee is gone, probably just cause it was new. If Naomi is busy, you can give Cindy a try.

I have been getting massages here once a month for the better part of a year! All of the staff I have worked with have been friendly and skilled in relaxing my sore muscles; especially Naomi! The location is always clean and comfortable. I love it because it is cost effective and convenient to get it since I live in the neighborhood. Supporting local businesses is rewarding in itself.

I have been here several times over the past few months. The staff and services there have always been great. I always get my massages from Naomi (the owner), so I can only speak to her skills, but I can say all the girls I’ve met there have been very friendly and pleasant. Naomi, like all of the girls there, is a licensed massage therapist. I really enjoy going here. She always does a great job and I like that she listens to my needs/​likes and adjusts my massage to fit those. I’ve been to a number of other places over the years and it often seems as though they have a set routine on how they do the massage and don’t like to deviate from it to cater to my specific needs. That doesn’t happen here and it’s one of the reasons I like this place so much. I’d come here more often if I didn’t live so far away. The other thing I like is the fact that they do take walk ins. That’s pretty rare. Obviously, if everyone is busy you may have to wait or come back, but they will bend over backwards to get you in as quickly as possible. And of course, you can make an appointment too. They are also open 7 days a week, and have extended hours so it makes getting in after work or on weekends easy. The other thing I like is the value for the money. I gave it one $ for expense, as it is much less expensive than most of the more «upscale» massage places.
All in all I gave this place 5 stars. I come in every time I’m in the area.
Also, I wanted to follow up on one of the previous reviewers comments. They did open the foot massage place about 2 doors down as of July 1^st. She (Naomi) tells me that they do foot massage, facials, and waxing. Naomi didn’t ask me to plug the new business, but she’s a hard worker with an entrepreneurial spirit, so I hope everyone will support her (and all the other small local businesses). The place is called «Happy Feet».
