This particular location was highly recommended to us by both our realtor and the sellers realtor. We were so grateful they were open later as we were running around all day. Jon greeted us immediately as we walked in. He explained to us the ‘color coded’ levels of firmness and shared some insights on what would make a good guest bed, the differences between hybrids and pillow tops, answered all of our questions. I’ve never had better customer service than Jon. If you need a mattress, please see Jon! He’ll take really good care of you.

Absolutely FIVE star!!! Yesterday I visited the Mattress Firm where Jonathan Hammond was absolutely-without-a-doubt the BEST salesperson I have ever encountered. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, explaining every detail, nuance and answering all my questions. There was NO pressure to make a purchase and I left happy with my decision. Jonathan made the experience a pleasure, my mattress and box spring was delivered today right on time and the delivery staff totally personable, quick and efficient down to every last detail! I’m not sure anyone really looks forward to buying a bed –it can be a pretty big investment. Jolene and Jon made the experience and absolute delight. I have gone to department stores where they follow you around and try to strong arm you into a sale. Our consultants at Mattress Firm were just that consultants — very friendly and knowledgable — they were absolutely there to help us make the right selection.
