UPDATE: It has been a few months since I posted this review after my mother’s funeral. The funeral home recently called my father, who now lives in Boston, Ma. When they spoke with my father and made things right. They gave my father some money back! Thank you for reconsidering your earlier decision. It is appreciated.

The hardest death of all is the death of a child. As grandparents we stepped in to plan the funeral for our 10 month old grandson who died from SIDS. I found Rob at Messinger on Indian School Road in Scottsdale. I interviewed several funeral homes by phone before going to visit Rob at Messinger. He was caring, helpful and did not try to pick our pockets. I would give this funeral home and Rob the highest score possible. He saw us on a Sunday and made a special trip in to see us on his day off. His caring attitude and expertise were extremely helpful and comforting.

Messinger is a very special and first class funeral home that is family owned and operated.
We have had a few opportunities to come here for memorial services and to use them over the years including just recently. They are compassionate and respectful during a difficult, stressful period for the family. Their location on Pinnacle Peak, near Pima Road is also very convenient. I would not hesitate in calling and using them.
They deserve the Five Stars and much more!
