Worst return policy ever! Won’t be shopping there again. Brought shirt back in new conditio with receipt and they wouldn’t return the item for anything other than store credit

Mywife has shopped at Michael Stars for 5 years. Besides the wonderful and stylish clothing the staff led by Meghan make the shopping experience over the top. Meghan really knows fashion and picks out what looks great rejecting what doesn’t. Meghan has an incredible eye for fashion and fashion trends. Meghan is more concerned about what looks great and not concerned about the sale. for those that live in Scottsdale and those just visiting Michael Stars is a must.

I’ve never been to this store but found a perfect bridesmaid gift on their web site. It didn’t have the sizes I needed, so I called the store to see if I could exchange out. Megan was SO helpful and beyond patient and informative on getting me the correct sizes as well as info on the piece. Chicago doesn’t have a Michael Stars so I didn’t know anything about their sizes or clothing. She offered advice on sizing, length and how they’d fit for each of my gals. She even found all sizes I needed even though they weren’t at her store. She got them all shipped together and took my 10% promo code as well.
You have my business in the future! I will be in AZ next month and will definitely stop by.

My fav jeans… My fav dresses for summer. LOVE the store in Fashion Square … helpful and friendly customer service and in a good part of the mall that isn’t in the ‘confusing craziness’… enough said. You get what you pay for … I’ll pay for premium any day. I will still own these Michael Stars in 2 years… yeah because I maintain my size and they maintain their quality!
