The worst customer service ever. Although the product did work after the first month, it was pricey. I told the medical assistant at the first appointment that I would not be able to come in every week. I do not work in the valley and only have every other Monday off. Going in every two weeks worked for the first month, then they decided that they would not be doing Mondays at the Glendale office anymore. But they told me that if that was the only day I could get in they would work it out. Twice I showed up at my appointment on Monday and there was no appointment for me in the computer. The last time it happened I told them I was done and wanted my money for the month back. I also was paying 295.00 every two weeks because you pay for the upcoming month. Everytime you try to call the office for anything, nobody answers the phone and you have to leave a message and hopefully someone will call you back, but it wont be quickly. After leaving the office the last time, upset because of the appointment, I decided that I had already paid the money, I might as well just get the medication for the next two weeks. I sent an email on Wed 15 April to the business manager to talk about it, no response, I called this morning and left a message, no response. I’m really done now, and just hope they refund my other half of my money for the week. Also you only see the Dr one time in the beginning then only see these silly young medical assistants that can’t answer questions or make appropriate appointments. I had a much better experience at Red Mountain Weight Loss. Go there if you need to, not to this disorganized, pricey, rude place.
