A few years ago we purchased a modest, 2-​story home that needed some work. My husband is OK with doing some minor repairs on the inside of the house, but the exterior is a whole different story. We were very concerned with the exterior and deteriorating condition of the frame siding. We contacted several different contractors for estimates to redo the siding on our home and as first time home buyers/​owners we didn’t know which to chose or which construction company to go with.
So we started by choosing our top 3. The first two contractors were very pushy and got annoyed with us because we were asking too many questions (we were first time homes owners and this was a very important as well as frustrating decision for both of us). The third on our list was Robert’s company. I guess Robert must have heard or sensed my hesitation and frustration over the phone, because he asked me if we would like to meet him to go over the estimate and work and the materials involved in remodeling the exterior of our home. I was very surprised when #1 he arrived on time, #2 he walked us around the house and pointed out what repairs needed to be done, how long it will take and #3 he even brought actual samples of siding for us to look at!
Well, we of course felt more comfortable because Robert answered all of our questions (as well as provided us with additional information on what to expect) and we knew what we needed to prepare ourselves for. Needless to say, we hired Robert to do the work. He was forthcoming and great to do business with. Thank you to Robert and his crew. Great job!
