Mossman Brothers Pools

We used Mossman Brothers Pools for our pool and were delighted!!! Ours was a BIG project with a large split level pool. We had many subcontractors though the yard during our project and I can’t even count how many said Mossman was the only one in town with the technical expertise that could have done the job!!! Mossman was responsive to all our needs and NEVER charged us a dime for resolving issues (mostly caused by other contractors) that came up during construction. After completion of the pool Mossman was very responsive to all our questions and needs and favorably resolved every issue promptly. Today, a year later, the pool is BEAUTIFUL and we couldn’t be more pleased.

I built a new pool in 2014. My experience is not much different than the other review. At the beginning they did everything to wow me. However, once the project started they did as little as possible.
The had virtually no supervision at all. In fact one of their subcontractors threatened my when I told them that they were doing something wrong. Even after this experience they did the minimum.
I made numerous phone calls to the owners. They NEVER returned a call. They sent their office manager to handle the project when I got to the point of potential legal action. I called 5-​months after the job was complete because I am having an issue and she is no longer with the company.
For all the money they spend on advertising and marketing; they do nothing in the way of customer service. They do not supervise their work, they do not respond to customers, they will mislead you at all phases of the job and I have no reason to believe that they will provide any warranty work as may be needed.
Listen to what both reviews are saying and find another pool contractor.

My partner and I bought a new home in NE Mesa and used Mossman Bros to put a pool in our backyard. They came highly recommended at the time by a friend of the family that had used them in the past. Initially, the office staff was nice when we went there. They even pointed us in the direction of an online pool loan process that they recommended to their other customers, too. All in all it seemed like it was going to be a win-​win situation for everyone. That is, until we signed the contract and they got their guaranteed money. Twice they changed the agreed upon project and then charged us extra (to do it their way, not the way it was planned). The subcontractors that they used didn’t do a very good job and there was rarely anyone from Mossman Bros at the site to oversee their workmanship. The women in the office became unprofessional and the owners wouldn’t respond to us in a timely manner. By the time we moved out of the home (less than 5 years after the pool construction was completed) one of the steps in the spa had fallen off and some the coping around the pool edge was loose. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
