I always come to Bobbie’s when I visit my cousins in Scottsdale! They do a great job. They offer great color selection, never cut you, and make you comfortable. Looking forward to going in today to get a gel manicure for the holidays!

This nail place does such a great job all the time. Never disappointed! They have the best customer service and will do your nails any design you want on your nails. They are very respect and nice people. Hands down best nails place to go too!

I stumbled upon this gem! Gwen did a fabulous fun job HALLOWEEN designs for my friend and I! She’s very thorough and so artistic.

I came to Bobbi’s for the first time because of a coupon I got in the mail (which was for a smokin’ deal).
I treated myself to a pedicure and a gel manicure and enjoyed every second of it! The gal who did my nails was SO thorough, precise, and super nice.
This was the first time I’ve gotten a gel manicure and thought it turned out perfectly! I’ll be coming here from now for sure.
Plus, the gals in here are super friendly and man, do they know how to dress!

This is the best nail salon hands down !!! Clean and you can’t find a friendlier staff… Love my nails every time. I have been referring friends and family here for 10 years!!! You won’t find a better nail salon !!!

I just moved to the area, and I tried this salon for the first time. I got a manicure and pedicure, and after being unable to decide what colors I wanted, their staff quickly assisted me. Their service was quick and friendly, and the job done was excellent. I had Gwen, and I can honestly say I have never had a better nail technician. I will definitely be back!

Never been lied to by a salon before until today. I felt pretty betrayed here being my first time in. I had asked a question regarding the «dazzle dry «cuz i usually get shellac gels, and dazzle dry claims to last 2 weeks and dry fast, like shellac but more «organic» … all sales scheme. Dazzle dry is $ 18, and shellac was $ 25. I was going to try dazzle. They knew i had gel polish half on, and i needed to get back to work so i wanted to make sure the dazzle dry was the same outcome, they assured me it was… at the end of a so so manicure, using regular opi polish, she said dry 5 min, i waited 10, go to pay and she says $ 22 !! I said why is it $ 5 higher, she said to take off the gel polish?! I chewed most of it off, and she never lotioned up my finger tips after harsh acetone nor did she trim my cuticles !! So she really didn’t do a full regular manicure, let alone a 22 dollar one that messes up as soon as i got my card to pay her !! So much for dazzle being anything like gel… sure did cost the same. Bad customer service. Its so close to where i live, i was hoping to be a regular, but that was a very poor first experience. :(hate having crappy dry hands n nails !

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF ABLE TO. Worst nail experience of my life. WARNING: do not get your nails done here. Not only is this «salon» small and smelly, it’s cheap and has the worst selection of pharmacy brand nail polish. I was first hung up on when I made an appointment, without getting questions answered about the price for a polish change, and the first-​time customers special. I decided to give it a try given no other nail salons were open around me while I was waiting to pick up Pita Jungle takeout. The woman dresses in club attire on a Tuesday at 6:20 proceeded to do my nails; she filed all of my nails different lengths and shapes, I had to ask her FOUR different times to fix them, at one point even comparing my index fingernails to her face to show her they were completely different. Next, she started to paint my nails without any cuticle removal which I had asked for (at this point I was just ready to get out of there, especially knowing I had a takeout order which I was already late to pick up because of having to correct her filing). She processed to do only 2 coats of a clear-​ish pink without turning the fan on In between and rushing to the next hand without letting any time for drying. She also did not clean underneath my nail, and since it was very clear, you could see all the dirt. Not to mention, little things got stuck to my nail and she proceeded to clear polish over it, without removing it from my nail. At this time, it was 6:50 (they close at 7) and she had just turned on the DUSTIEST little fan for both my hands to dry at. A man who worked there walked past me and basically kicked me out 30 seconds into drying and said «bye byeeeee» to me, while the lady who did my nails said «okay you can go now bye.» Pissed off I had already paid before she painted my nails and left her a $ 4 tip, I proceeded to try and carefully grab my car keys out of my purse and let myself into my car, easily smudging my right thumb already. For a acrylic fill/​polish change, it was $ 20, which is expensive to me for such a crap-​hole of a place. Never got the Unilocal «first time customers special» either, as I asked she just printed out the receipt and ignored me. Will NEVER go back; I hope they see this review.

Felt as they were doing me a favor doing my nails. My nails came out uneven, she didn’t if ask anything needed to be fixed. When I ask for something she would sign at me. Did not feel welcomed. And their coupon says 20% off service for new clients, but when I asked I guess you gotta spend 50 $. Not cool!
Most likely will not go back.

I have gone to this salon for years for acrylic nails and pedicures. Bobbie and Tai are wonderful people and truly want to please. I call when I have a break in my schedule and they always manage to work me in.

Went here because my regular place was crowded and couldn’t fit me in (lesson learned, make an appointment). I have been here before and was never wowed, but this last time was the nail in the coffin. Horrible gel manicure… chipped the next day and was more expensive than my usual. I had to ask the nail tech to add another layer because it was sooo poorly done. 4 days later, my nails look like they do, after 2 weeks at my usual place. Nice that they could fit me in, but not worth the price. Very disappointed.

Called for appointment and they were able to get me in with no problem. Very clean salon, friendly staff and did a very nice job on my gel manicure.

Not the best nail salon, but ok in a pinch. Just the basics here — no frills salon, halfway attentive staff, meh nail color selection. But the technician is at least competent. They also get points for being open on a Sunday, when all other spots were closed.

We have been there one other time. 1^st time was good so we thought we would return! Last time!
We went for pedicures and they rushed us! It wasn’t relaxing they didn’t even do the hot towels. 50 dollars for a pedicure I do not want to be rushed on my day of relaxation!!! Will NOT be back!
I even told the lady she rushed and skipped steps… She wouldn’t listen!

Kind of dingy and depressing looking. Manicure did not last as long as it does when I get my nails done elsewhere. Easy walk in service, though.
