Nautilus General Contractors

First off, there were door postings alerting us that they would be painting starting on «Monday» well Wednesday is when they actually decided to start…(not a huge deal but slightly annoying).then the problems began. these morons made a huge mess.
there was leftover paint all over my patio floor… it would be grand if painters actually knew how to keep paint on the designated areas that actually needed painting. but this was actually the least of my complaints.
I came home from work to find my neighbors patio swing in pieces on my patio. (thanks guys no problem i can surely move a giant swing myself… NOT!) you’d think it wouldn’t take a genius to realize that a patio with a full patio set on it probably wasn’t the patio that had a giant swing on it. i really wouldn’t put a swing on top of my patio table… sooooo process of elimination should have said. hmmmm maybe this goes on the empty patio next door… but maybe stacking patio furniture is totally normal to these people… being dirty sure is so who knows really…
NEXT PROBLEM… They had taken out my front bedroom window screen… and never felt the need to put it back in… instead they left it leaning against a tree. the screen was dirty and bent. AWESOME.
If all of that wasn’t enough to make me put in a call to the hoa to complain… They also left their garbage in bags on MY PATIO.(totally unacceptable) there are trash bins all over our condo complex. yet these lazy/​dirty people thought it was OK to just leave their full days worth of trash on my private property. GROSS.
