I used a Groupon for botox. This is unlike any other medical spa I have visited. As I left I looked for licenses and there are a few certificates on the wall so I guess they are legitimate but I never saw a botox place without a doctor on staff before. I arrived and the girl at the check in desk is playing loud rap music. The vulgar kind that calls women ho’s. I think this is pretty outrageous for a business whose clientel is mostly women. And I waited and waited. I would have left but they make you give a credit card even with a groupon andI was afraid they would charge me.

This place is a scam! Bought groupon and after almost a month of trying to get an appt went to my scheduled appointment and no one was there. Called business and they had changed their voicemail to a different company name. Tried to reach them on their website and it had been suspended. Emailed them and no response. Reached out to Groupon to warn them that they should take specials down to protect future groupon buyers and so far I can’t see that much was done, in the way of this or my refund. Can’t believe places like this exist and get business from groupon. Wish I had done my homework. Update– Groupon did give me a credit of «groupon bucks» for this purchase. I am glad I am not technically out the money, but really believe they should be crediting people in the form of payment. After reading all the other reviews and seeing some people took off work, got a babysitter, drove fairly far to appt etc I feel like that’s the least they could do. And they are STILL selling this groupon!!!

It took two attempts to get my first appointment with this company; then my appointment was canceled by the company and rebooked. I took time off work to attend the rescheduled appointment and the door was locked when I arrived. I have called this company numerous times and I have not received any calls back. I have gone to the office during posted business hours and the door was locked. This is not a good business and I’m getting very bad customer service from groupon as well!!!

Call Groupon immediately if you have purchased a Groupon for this place. They appear to be closed. See other reviews from other people. My Groupon was to expire May 22 and I am so glad that I called today. Groupon gave me a full refund for the $ 280. I would have hated to lose that money, and, once the Groupon was expired, I am not sure that they would have refunded the money. Such a disappointment.

I went for my appointment and the doors were locked, I tried calling them but their answering machine was full. They never called me to cancel or reschedule, I think that is very unprofessional.

If I could give them a ZERO star I would. I made 2 appointments… each time they called to tell me that their supply had not come in and they needed to reschedule. The 3rd appointment, which I wasn’t going to miss and happened to be on my birthday… I was right on time and the DOORWASLOCKED and the lights were out…3:15 on a Tuesday afternoon. DONOT even give them a chance. WORST business ever!

Can’t give it zero stars. The business owner is a fraud. Don’t waste a dime with this fake business.

Update: I contacted BBB about this business! There is no way this place is not a scam. They collected my credit card information & if they collected yours as well, contact BBB! I had the same experience as most of these other clients. I am flabbergasted that a business this unprofessional is still running. I made my appointment, had to give them my credit card info(no shows or last minute cancellations get charged a fee), received a confirmation email from them the day prior, and when I showed up to my appointment(early for paperwork), their door was locked & lights were off. It is a shady spot, even though they claim it’s Scottsdale… needless to say, I was also stood up for my appointment. I called their number several times & their mailbox was full, so I couldn’t even leave a voicemail. So, I also emailed them to the email confirmation they sent. My appointment was four days ago, and I still haven’t heard back. I even took a picture of their locked door just in case they tried to claim I was at the wrong location. These shirkers would make sure that they charge me for a no-show, but what are THEY going to do to make up for my lost time and gas money??? I took time off work, had to drive a long way, and had other things going on… I could have been doing plenty of other things that are much more productive with my time instead of having my time wasted by this ridiculous staff… I’m seriously considering reporting them to the BBB. They should NOT be operating!

This place is a scam. I had an appointment yesterday and no one was there when I showed up. I called and called and I still have not heard from anyone. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing this groupon. Now I have to attempt to get my money back from Groupon.

Pretty sure this place isn’t safe. Would not recommend going here or buying a groupon for anything. Shady spot.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! We ordered Botox and Juvederm on Groupon and made appointments for both. When we got there, the woman who greeted us said she only had us down for Juvederm and that they didn’t have enough Botox for us so, unless Fedex showed up, we were out of luck. Did we want to reschedule? No! We were there from out of town. Finally the«nurse» showed up to give us the Juvederm. I told her I wanted it in my frown lines. Oh no, she«doesn’t know how to do it there». I climbed down off the table, said SEEYA, and immediately called Groupon, who promptly gave us a full refund for both the Botox and Juvederm. Lesson learned: do your research PRIOR to buying.

DONOTGOHEREORPURCHASEFROMTHEMONGROUPON! I got a Groupon for Juvederm and had an appointment for a Friday at 11am. I had to get a babysitter for the appointment and made sure to be at least 30 minutes early in case they needed me to fill any paperwork out. I got there at 10:30am and walked up to the door and it was locked with no lights on and no one was inside. I didn’t think it was too out of the ordinary that no one was there yet since I was early. I waited in my car for twenty more minutes and got back out and tried opening the door but it was still locked with no one inside. I waited another 20 minutes until it was 11:10 and still no one inside and door still locked. I called and left a voicemail telling them it was completely unprofessional that they scheduled me for an appointment and weren’t even there for it. I didn’t get a call back until two days later and it was from a girl who sounds like she’s not even old enough to be working telling me that they were there and ‘am I sure I had the right place’. I was absolutely sure I had the right place and couldn’t believe she was trying to put the blame on me and not even apologize for their unprofessionalism. Reluctantly I rescheduled for the next Saturday at 10:20am and she assured me they would be there and I wouldn’t get stood up again. The next day the same girl called me telling me they had to cancel my appointment and couldn’t get me in for another month because their injector couldn’t start work until then. Okay– so why did they even schedule me in the first place? Completely unprofessional and shady. I had to tell her don’t bother scheduling me at all and I would be calling Groupon for a refund. Groupon was great about refunding my money but I did have to wait on hold for an hour before I was able to speak to anyone. So not worth the trouble. A tip Opal Amazing Looks– stop selling shit on Groupon if you can’t even show up for appointments you schedule with people. Look at the other reviews of your business and realize it’s not okay.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I bought a Groupon for this place for Botox, made an appt and the day before the appt, received a voicemail saying they were cancelling bc the nurse would not be in. I made a second appt, same thing happened. I wasn’t even upset at this point, even though I’d rearranged my work schedule twice. But a week later, I randomly had a $ 200 charge to my debit card from opal amazing looks. I called them to see why and they said I missed an appt so they charged me $ 200. The only appointments I had were cancelled by THEM!!! The manager Andronique said she would not refund me bc their was no proof that it was their error. So I had to file a claim with my bank. Luckily I still had the voicemails that proved THEY had cancelled the appointments and I got my $ 200 back but it took 3 months. Do not do business with them. They steal money from people who are giving them business. I have heard this same story about them from at least 4 other customers for this business. THEYAREDISHONESTCROOKS!!!

It was 4:25 and my appointment was at 4. I am still waiting. When she finally came out at 4:31 she had no apology or excuse. She seemed young and nervous. I will not go back.

15 women are standing outside, appointments and no one is here to help them. Sitting here waiting 30 minutes after my appointment just in cause, they have my credit card information and I don’t want it charged because they claim«no show», called and set up an appointment, they called and rescheduled that appointment and tried to push me out several more weeks. After already waiting a couple weeks. Fraud?
