Pandora

As a new Pandora owner I have nothing good to say about the store although I love my new gold bracelet. I received it for my anniversary on March 11^th from my husband. He went in on the 9^th and purchased it and the charms. No one mentioned the opener. After having it a week or so I was still having trouble getting it on and off by myself. I went back in to the store and a salesgirl showed me how to hold it against my body to get it on and just «use your fingernail» to take it off. No mention of the opener tool. I have beautiful natural nails and have ruined at least 4 of them trying to get this off myself. I googled this problem and see that there is an opener! Why wasn’t I told this? Why wasn’t my husband told this??? I am sure my husband would have bought one or I would have when I went back. I called the store today and told them what had happened. Yes, she said, we have an opener. No mention of we’re so sorry that no one told you or would you like us to set one aside for you, etc. Very poor customer service ESPECIALLY after I went BACK IN to the store to find out about that exact problem: getting it off and on! Very frustrating. I would expect a higher level of customer service at Pandora Scottsdale Quarter.

For my birthday my husband brought me to Pandora to get my gift, the selection and service were great. I felt as though the Assistant Manager Alyssa wanted me to find the perfect charms for my present because she never rushed me and she answered all of my questions. Alyssa made my day because she was very patient and attentive. I love my gift! Two weeks later I exchanged one charm for two and my second experience was just as great. Now that I have the bracelet and I still need to fill it up I will make this location my first choice over any other for my future Pandora Charms.

Just wanted to make a correction… ALYSSA not Allison is the Assistant Store manager… that is who you should talk to when you visit this Pandora Location. She is AWESOME and very KNOWLEDGEABLE. I wanted to make sure I got her name correct because she will take good care of you… continue to Eat, Drink and be Merry my Friends!!!
