Meh. I’ve certainly had worse but I wasn’t thrilled with my gel mani/​pedi.
First, the good part: they do a mini hot rock massage with the pedi and they do a mini neck massage at the end of your mani.
Bad part: they charge extra to scrub your calluses and extra for 1 extra coat of gel on my nails (they’re thin and I need the added strength).
Also, all the edges of my mani were messy around my cuticles and I had to fix them when I got home and the free edge of my nails were bumpy and were sagging the fabric of my leggings.
My mani lady was super nice but the pedi lady was definitely not friendly. My MIL goes there (I’m in for thanksgiving) and has never had a bad experience but they don’t come close to my lady in ABQ.
$ 77 with tip for both.
EDIT– my gel was chipping my the 3^rd day.

I’m not one to complain but I’ve been in the customer service field for over thirty years and have been getting my nails done for equally as long. Paulines nails was absolutely the worst in customer service I have ever seen. I honestly don’t know how they manage to stay in business! I went to see Trish for a back fill at the Indian Bend nail shop because my sister recommended her. Well let me tell you ladies, do not let her do your nails ! You’ll have to go get them redone like I did. At first I went back to her to have her fix what she screwed up but she refused to see that there was anything wrong with how mis shapen my nails were and the fact that she didn’t bring the white down further enough for my French manicure. Then she had the manager look at them and the manager said in a very rude tone that I would have to pay full price to have her fix them… All the while they are speaking behind your back right in front of you in their language. Sooo unbelievably rude. !!! Ladies, please save your time and money and go somewhere else. They should be put out of business !!!

I heard good things about this place so I stopped in for a pedicure. I felt the pedicure was rushed and I couldn’t really enjoy it. I couldn’t believe it when the lady took her phone out and started making calls while painting my nails! That’s when I decided I wasn’t leaving a tip. Plus, i think I was overcharged, but I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to get out of there. The polish started chipping within a week when usually it lasts a lot longer. I won’t be going back.

Went here for a pedicure with a friend today. Some positives first… the place was pretty clean and they did a good job. Hot stone massage with basic pedi was nice.
However, customer service was awful. They were irritated when I didn’t get a mani with my pedi. They were irritated when I paid with a card. Also, it’s extremely awkward when they say it’s $ 23 and then ask in an accusatory tone «just $ 23 on the card?» I would have tipped anyway. I always do at a nail place. So I didn’t appreciate the attitude. Why don’t they have a tip line on the credit slip?
And they messed up on my friend’s gel manicure and wouldn’t fix it because they were closing early for Chinese New Year.
Won’t be back.
