We just purchased two Pedego’s from them and couldn’t be happier. If you want a business that has great customer service, knowledgeable and hands on owners, go see Kathy and Bill.
They will make sure you get the «right» bike for your needs and were never pushy about buying. Helpful, helpful, friendly, friendly. Go see them you won’t be disappointed. Sorry we don’t have any info on renting bikes from them, but assume you will get the same great service. If every business went treated you like this place, life would be great.
As a slde light we were in the store when the person who wrote the bad review came in. As impartial 3^rd parties standing there we can say HE was obnoxious.

Kathy & Bill are awesome and they made our Pedego experience. I am an avid cyclist and my girl isn’t. Kathy and Bill set us up on a tandem bike and we zipped up and down through the ranch homes. Being in Real Estate from Laguna Beach, I loved viewing the architecture, the homes and neighborhoods on the tandem Pedego. Kathy and Bill even had a balloon on it and hearts on the spokes. We LOVED the trip. What a truly incredible way to explore Scottsdale! Kathy and Bill are truly incredible, hospitable and warm.

We had a blast!!! The way to go! Best of both worlds. A workout and when u get tired it can be easy breezy. Great way to see the area. Very friendly and helpful owners!

Kathy set us up and a way we went! I have been a cyclist for years, my wife not so much. We rode there from the Hermosa Inn on two wonderful Electra bicycles along the canal trail. We thought it would be fun to try the electric bicycles. I was amazed and my wife was ecstatic. What a fun way to get around!
Still enjoy my bicycle but WE had such a wonderful time together. We will be back!

Friends wanted to go on a Segway tour. All I could think of was «Dork dork»! I am soooo glad we did this instead! What a blast! We rode down to Tempe, had a snack an cruised back, pedaling whenever we felt like it. What a smooth ride and what great scenery! Definitely the best value and bang for the buck! Owners are a real nice couple also!

I took my friends to Pedego Scottsdale to try Pedego electric bikes for their first time. They LOVED it! We only wished that we had more time on the bikes, since we were rushing to the game. Next time we’d rent them for a full day or a half day.
Kathy and Bill were sweet as could be! I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting. It’s a great way to get an overview of Scottsdale while having a blast, (and not over-​heating).

Such a unique thing to do when I’m Scottsdale. Got to see a completely new side of town. Love the cruising bike ride and when you want to stop you just turn the handle and the electric kicks in. Thanks Cathy we all had a blast.

What an amazing experience. I now want and need an electric bike. I am so irritated at myself that I didn’t get the woman’s name that helped us — but she made our experience. She told us the way to travel to get food and made our experience the best. We now have a favorite place to rent bikes when we’re back. I would recommend calling and reserving as they do fill up!

I was looking for something nice to do while my husband attended a conference. I have rented bikes all over the world — hence a visit to Pedego. Kathy and Bill have a beautiful location and shop, right off the canal trail in Scottsdale. Amazing, informative and friendly service are what you will find here; along with a great assortment of Pedego cycles and accessories. Stop by and have a look, you will not be disappointed – highly recommended!

What a pleasure!
Now the first thing we check for each visiting city will be if there is a electric bike rental.
Great way to explore the city without exerting too much to tire one out.
Kathy at Pedego was very friendly, informative and thorough.
Price was shockingly affordable that one could easily rent for a whole day.

My buddies and I were joining a bicycle pub crawl near this establishment in Scottsdale. We needed to rent some bikes. Called the business the day before and the owner was kind and suggested renting their electric bikes. We needed to work off the beer, so didn’t rent them and stuck with the pedal bikes. The day of our pub crawl, we were warmly greeted by the other owner (spouse) and was able to get our bikes and gear quickly. She set us up with locks and even put some water bottles in the bag that attached to the bar handles. I highly recommend this place. They make it so easy. You can rent by the hour or the day. Next time, I think I’ll check out the electric bikes too.

My brother and I came in on a early Sunday morning to rent out one of those awesome pedal assisted bikes! They opened the doors early for us! The owners are more than helpful with any questions or concerns and are also very pleasant and friendly! We went for an hour bike ride which was an absolute blast! I can’t wait to go again! For anyone who hasn’t tried riding these bikes, you must go and check it out!!!

I knew we were in for a good day but I didn’t expect these electric bikes to be so much fun! We took our friend who was visiting from out of town to explore old town and have lunch at Ohso Brewery. These bikes are seriously awesome! Everyone in our group had so much fun, we didn’t want the day to end! My roommate and I have already decided we will return for our birthdays as well and want to take all our future Scottsdale visitors to ride Pedego bikes!
The bikes are extremely easy to ride and the electric battery makes it way faster and more fun. It’s virtually no work, although you could pedal if you wanted too :) they are reasonably priced and totally worth it! I recommend for tourists and locals alike!
Don’t forget to check in on Unilocal for $ 5 off your first hour! Kathy was super friendly and helpful :)
