Wow — who’dathunk an entire store dedicated to hot sauces?
Amazing variety — including — all the Cholula flavors (Chipotle Cholula can be hard to find at the local Fry’s grocery store). Helpful staff to orient you to the right section of product, based on what you’re looking for. Very cool store!

John is the man… Told him I was looking for a Father’s Day gift for my father and brother in law not only did he lend his expertise when he inquired about their tastes but also suggested some really good choices and gave me a great deal since I ended up spending a substantial amount of money but for some kick ass Father’s Day gifts that I know they’ll both love.
Thanks again John you’re the man. It was a pleasure talking to you and will definitely be referring others to your business.

Awesome collection of pepper related products and I like buying their sauces. However I’ve done their pepper challenge thing three times now and they haven’t put me on the wall of flame. Kinda a small gripe but eh.

I love hot sauces and this place has so many options as well as seasonings and salsas. Highly recommend checking it out. You can even sample some.

Pepper Palace in Scottsdale Fashion Square is awesome! It’s the only place I know of that you can sample hot sauces before buying them, which is much better than simply taking your chances based on the graphics of a particular bottle.
There are many different brands and heat levels to choose from, including spicy snacks like peanuts, cotton candy, mushrooms and beef jerky — Da Bomb peanuts are extreme!
The staff is always friendly and helpful, with a lot of knowledge of sauces and heat levels. I would recomend this place to anyone who enjoys spicy foods, and there are even some mild sauces, but I haven’t tried those.
Sample some of the extreme hot sauces and get your picture posted on the Wall of Flame Survivors! Love this place!

I don’t normally post reviews but Pepper Palace impressed me too much. This place always has just what I need to kick any meal up a notch. They have much more than just hot sauce too. Overall a great shopping experience!

Boom goes the dynamite! — this place is explosively hot! I’m always looking for a way to kick up my dishes a notch with tasty spicy sauces, and this place has it all. And I loved the huge spread of free samples; I tried one of their infamous ‘Ghost’ sauces and got my pic taken and plastered on the «Wall of FLAME» \m/​

Such an awesome selection of spices, salsa, and sauces! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help you in your shopping. They have a great setup and wide array of delicious goods! If you’re in the area and craving for some hot stuff, check this place out for sure!

Hot! Caliente! Chaud! Caldo! Any way you say it this place is hot! Located in the Scottsdale Fashion Square this store is a dream come true for anyone who likes eat with heat.
The front of the store is set up with a counter that has a plethora of hot sauces that you can sample with either a spoon or mini tortilla chips. The hot sauces are grouped together primarily based on the pepper used to make it, peppers like jalapeños, have euros, ghost peppers, and even a few peppers I have never heard of before.
If your taste buds allow you to get past the front counter there are aisles and aisles of more heat packaged and ready to take home. Fun items like cute t-​shirts with fun heat related slogans, hot sauces, and salsas. Whatever you decide to buy will be a tantalizing experience worth having, even if you need a fire extinguisher or a glass of milk.

This place rocks! You can taste over 100 different things including salsa, dips, queso, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, fruit butters and preserves (some with peppers), marinated veggies, dipping mustards, and more. If you dare to try 2^nd Dimension Hot Sauce, you will get your picture taken for the Wall of «Flame», a TV set that runs a slideshow of (some hurting) previous tasters. You can try Nasal Napalm or do a Szechuan Ghost afterward to «clean up» your burn and earn a «Wall of Flame Survivor» sticker. The Horseradish is billed as the most powerful in the country… you decide! The Szechuan Ghost is amazing…
Every item on the tasting bar is delicious. The chef has an amazing sense of taste! Most everything is made by or for Pepper Palace who claim to have a 10,000 foot state of the art kitchen in Gatlinburg, TN and brand new warehouse to support this fledgling franchise.
A few of my favorites: Sweet Bourbon Glaze, Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce, Honey Chipotle Rum BBQ sauce Honey Habanero BBQ, Cherry Butter, Pumpkin Butter, Habanero Peppery Peach Preserves, Pickled Sweet Baby corn, King Jalapeño Hot Sauce, Black Rose Hot Sauce, Ghost in the Darkness Hot Sauce, and 2^nd Dimension HS. They have a lovely Queso (3 flavors) and delicious pistachio and roasted pepper dip. Like I said, It’s all so good, you just have to go there and try for yourself.
The Store has a buy 5 get one free special and they have a frequent buyers club that when you buy 5 get 1 free ten times you get to pick out a cool gift set on the gift shelf! one of the gift sets is $ 50. Ten items free plus a free $ 50 gift set of delicious gourmet food that you can’t find anywhere else? I’M IN! Sign me up for deliciousness! I’ll never go home from a grocery store again with a weak a$$ sauce that claims to be hot!

This place is awesome. I was walking back to Dillard’s, yes, shocker alert, when I noticed this new store. I knew I had to bring my hubby back. He loves anything spicy, that’s why he chose me, haha. They have a great set up. I usually don’t taste stuff that is open for the general public, but I can appreciate that they offer tasting for so many of their products. With so many spicy products, I am sure it will kill any germs. They few I tasted, really burned, but were delicious. We ended up buying 7 bottles, some salsas, barbecue sauces, dipping sauce, hot sauces, all of them were great, can’t wait to make stuff with them. I will come back for the Frostbite, I tasted it combined with Margarita mix and it gives drinks a great kick.

Pepper Palace is hot sauce heaven. They offer hundreds of salsas, hot sauces, wing sauces, bbq sauces and other spicy treats. They also offer samples of many that you can try in the shop on chip fragments. I LOVE this shop and will be a regular visitor. I started with a locally made version of a Tapatio-​style hot sauce and I also snagged a blackberry BBQ sauce that is bursting with flavor. This is located in Scottsdale Fashion Square on the top floor near Dillards.

I am in love! A place that has wing sauce, cheese dip, hot sauce, salsa, and much more all under one roof. AND I get to taste test all of them before I buy??? YES PLEASE!!! The manager was very helpful as well as I was looking for a specialty sauce that I have to ship from Rhode Island for my holiday cooking. He helped me find something in the hundreds of bottles that is very close and worth the money saved. They were running a special where you buy 5 and the 6^th was free and they threw in a bottle of hot sauce for all orders over $ 50. 7 items for the price of 5!!! I love a deal! Great store. Amazing sauces, I think anyone would be able to find something here. The best part is you can try them before you buy which means I found so many I loved and bought.
They also had some great gag gift type ideas. For example, they have lollipops with a worm in them, box of crickets… etc. Can’t wait to watch my brother in law eat the worm!
