My second time coming here in a 2 year period. First time was right after knee surgery, and things went OK. No complaints. Second time around, I was checked in and«evaluated» by an intern, which also occurred the first go around. My assigned Therapist wasn’t even in the building upon check-in, which seemed to be rather important. My real beef is this… I have a window from 8 – 1 in which I can attend PT, 5 days a week. They kept coming up with odd times, either 7 in the AM, or super late afternoon, which I couldn’t do. It really seemed to me that I was being ignored and overlooked. Plus, the dude who runs/owns the place made it a point to visit people being attended to, say hello, see how things were going, but for some reason even went so far as to avoid eye contact with me. Guess I’m just a worthless trouble maker or something to that effect. I found a better spot that is much friendlier, can accomodate my schedule, where there’s no run around or excuses. I would never go back here.

I have been suffering from Systemic Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis since I was 14 months old and have been doing physical therapy ever since. I am now 33 and let me tell you I know a great physical therapy practice when I go to it. This, by far, is the BEST facility I have been to since my time in San Francisco. Blair is the physical therapist assigned to me for my post procedure therapy after having a Total Hip Replacment and I feel like I won the lottery! He is outstanding!!! From day one he and the entire crew at Physiotherapy have been so attentive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. The exercises have been so fitting for my road to recovery. I am never over pushed, but challenged just enough to keep me improving. Although I pray I am done with surgeries, since this has been my 6th joint replacement, I am happy to know I have finally found my forever physical therapy clinic if need-be.

Awesome, simply awesome. I worked with Tad and the interns for a few weeks on a sore shoulder. Not only did I «graduate» with less pain but I they also taught me the skills I need to exercise and posture my shoulders properly on my own so I can manage this myself going forward. They also made me feel like a champ on every visit — like I was as important as any sports star that might walk in. All the interns know your name and there is always someone to aid you on form and maximizing your visit. I would never go anywhere else.

Warning to anyone who is referred here. Their charges are excessive and they charge for services not rendered. When i got my bill, there were many charges on there that I did not recognize. I have been trying for 5 months to get an answer. The location refuses to contact me and explain the charges, they will only call to try and book more appointments. I have called their billing office and been told that a supervisor will call me back. Again, 5 months later, no answer. I am turning them in for these billing practices. The therapy is sub-par and they will bill for things you never get. All to work out by yourself because the therapist has 3 clients at the same time. And I am in the medical field, so I am very lenient and forgiving with my reviews. Trust me, this place is a scam.

I went to Physiotherapy Associates in 2010 for a sprained ankle. From the first day I came in, I was in the hands of students and not licensed physical therapists. The licensed PTs barely checked on me during each appointment. Then, 9 months later they«changed their billing system» and I continue to receive bills for the visits that my insurance and I paid for. When I call to ask about it, I’m told«Well, it looks like we forgot to bill your insurance for some of the services rendered that day, so you’re going to need to take care of the balance.» Don’t go here unless you like paying premium price(and then some) to have PT students work on you.
