I cannot say enough good things about this company! The owners and employees are the best I’ve ever met. I moved to this area last February and was looking for a good shop, not much has changed since my last review, except I know am excited to have found «my» juice, Skittles by Puff.
Sammy is one of the awesome owners, along with his funny brother, and super hot and very cool sister (sorry guys, major crush! lol). Their personalities work so well together and I never worry about who is going to be there when I go in. Sammy is my favorite because I’ve seen him the most, he is so concerned with providing excellent customer service, that I’ve never seen anyone walk out unhappy. If they don’t have it in stock and I have to drive to their other store, they’ll give me a great discount. I ordered a big bottle (like buying three ML bottles and getting one free) and he let me use my points an order early for a free bottle while I waited! The ambiance is excellent, I love learning by listening to others if I’m second in line for service. Sammy helped build and set me up with a drip from a contest piece I won, wasn’t my cup of tea, but he took the time and explained and walked me through it, much appreciated.
They have a plethora of flavors and products, great prices for top shelf quality, and awesome deals (tip, use your rewards number/​card and also check out their bargain box, some are $ 5 bottles!). Plumes of Vapor has a forever customer in me. They’ve never asked me to write a review and I don’t work for them, I’m just extremely happy with them and this is a way for me to give back. :)

I live in the west valley and every shop around for the most part is lackluster or their prices are sky-​high. Stopped by here one day after work and I haven’t went anywhere else. The customer service is phenomenal, the selection is top notch, and out of the three people that worked there I have encountered, they were all super helpful and not the least bit pushy. They have an enormous higher end juice selection but juices for every budget. They have helped me with so many things I stop by weekly now to check out whats new. P. S. sometimes they have some awesome deals on juices when they discontinue a line (because they stock new juices constantly to keep the selection fresh) and you can grab some bargains for 5 bucks a bottle. This was the shop I had been searching for!

I’m a consistent vaporer and prefer a box battery and bulletproof setup. I’ve done RDAs in the past and liked saving the bucks. Anyway, they have awesome prices, a super juice selection, and the best variety of gear around.

I just moved to scottsdale. Came here yesterday and the guy was able to fix my mod for free. I was amazed by all the juice they have from suicide bunny to dharma. I recommend this shop to anyone because they are patient and very knowledgable. Picked out the standard vape because it was buy one get one free and both flavors taste great. I’ll be coming here from now on.

Overpriced and rude owners! No process at any level.
This guy went and purchased all of the best supplies and equipment but they fell short on every other aspect of the business. I bought a defective product and 2 days later when i tried to switch it out I got a tremendous amount of grief. I literally said «I’m not trying to screw you over I just want what i paid for.» The response… «Oh, if you were id tell you to get the F**K out.» I don’t care how «bro» you are or what type of business you run, never speak to a customer like this. Have a structured business with policies for returns and this wont happen.
Every single item they sale is about 15−20% marked up on price. The vape shop on Scottsdale and McDowell (Fresh**) has all the same products for much cheaper.

Stopped by there today to check this place out. These guys have a GREAT selection of what ever you need for your Vaping needs. Both gentleman that were there at the time helped me pick out awesome juices as well re-​built my coils for me. If you need help with anything involving Vaping they will be sure to help you out. Definitely will be returning soon!

This place is so great, unlike a lot of other vape shops, when you walk in you immediately feel welcomed. The guys are very helpful. I will definitely be back!

After I was left standing there for 15 minutes I finally realized that they don’t really want to have you test the flavors. Other customers came in and interrupted what we’re doing and I decided to leave after 15 minutes. I won’t be going back there.

Really happy I stopped here. Excellent tasting juices and plumes very nice. Big selection of juice and hardware. Friendly and helpful, told them my tastes and they steered me in the right direction. May be my new favorite Vape shop.

Sam is one of the owners. The first time I met him he treated me beyond exceptioal. 5 – 5 Star service, selection, quality and vibe.
Really chill vibe and great place to hang out. Cool couches and ejuice to vape on…

I recently started working on this side of town and needed a good shop to find juice and accessories that was close. The gentlemen that helped me were beyond cordial, and very knowledgeable. While surprised they didn’t have a house line, I was even more surprised at the good prices on the premium juices. I will definitely be returning!

Great vape shop! Good selection of hardware and they only carry quality juice, a lot of it local. If you’re looking for a shop that carries 10,000 flavors of mostly junk, shop elsewhere. I pass four vape shops on my way cause I prefer their quality over quantity. Staff is super helpful and not at all pretentious. They carry BRV and Space Jam, two of my favorite brands.

Stopped in yesterday, Unilocal hours say that it opens at 12noon, but the sign on the door said 1:30pm… So I came back today at 1:35pm and sat outside till 2:20pm and still wasn’t open. So I left again. This is NO way run a Store. I Probably won’t be back.

If you don’t greet me or offer any assistance in the first 3 – 4 minutes of being in your store, you lost my business. Not even a hello? So disappointed.

If you’re looking for a vape shop that has the know-​how, the seasoned veteran experience, all you need to get started, and the crème-​de-​la-​crème liquids, this is the vape shop you have been looking for. The best part of this shop is that the pieces on liquid, mods, batteries, tanks, and starter equipment are the lowest I’ve seen compared to anywhere in the East Valley — and I’ve been to over 20 shops east of the I-​10!
The co-​owner, Brie, welcomed me warmly, displayed extensive knowledge on mechanical mods in and out of the store, could describe each flavor sold in detail, and never pressured me into any sales. Her passion for vaping and veteran experience (she has been vaping for 5 years) are a great sign that she is much more qualified than most vape shop employees around the Valley.
Something that really stuck out was her belief that what was sold at her shop needed to be inexpensively priced, and the prices showed that — especially for the gourmet flavors sold! She has a lineup of fruity, tobacco, and savory flavors which she has hand-​chosen through years of tasting. A bottle of Mr. Good Vapes is $ 12, 30ml Shoreline Vapes for $ 17, and 10ml gourmet local flavors for $ 7.50!
All in all, Plumes of Vapour is hands-​down the top vape shop around the East Valley, and I would recommend anyone at any level of vaping experience to stop by there first, before looking anywhere else!

Knowledgeable staff. Friendly. Wide selection of eliquid. Accessories are quality. I’ve been shopping online for two years now and really glad to see a vape shop open close by.

I find excuses just to go to new «Vape» shops. So this time around was «I need eliquid». Bought some Mr. Goodvape eliquid. They let me try/​taste as much as I wanted and chatted about the whole Vaping subculture. The dude was cool and had some knowledge of products that was displayed in the showcase. You’ll be surprised how much some «behind the counter Vape store guys» don’t know shit about anything about Vaping. Since Plumes Of Vapour is new and just opened I can understand why they don’t have much selection on accessories. Reasonable priced and I like the place.

First, this is the second review I’ve ever written in my life. Best Vape Store in Phoenix! Prices are better than online! Don’t know how they do it, but this is my «go to» place from now on. Just purchased 2 Protanks and coil pack at best price I’ve ever seen. Replacement coils and all finally priced right! Nice juice too. Been to just about every brick n’ mortar in town and this place is far and away the best yet. Great place folks!
