I usually go to this place to get laser hair removal and they alway offer me $ 49.00 for my first facial and I normally pass on it until last week when I decided to take there offer and treat myself to a facial. Wow, what an amazing experience and I have to say I was truly not expecting it. Listen I’m a pampering junky and normally like to go to fancy resorts for spa treatments. I have to say hands down they did a fantastic job with my facial. Stephanie was my technician and she told me I can customize what ever type of facial I want and I said to her, um I don’t know. She looked at my skin and did a pumpkin mask. Which was exactly what my skin needed. Exfoliating. I also got a free eyebrow wax. Anyways the entire experience was relaxing, pampering and much needed me time. I highly recommend there facials and I will absolutely be going back. Oh yeah there laser hair removal is excellent as well.

Worst spa experience I’ve had. If you’re going to offer a specific set of services in a deal you should actually do most of them…
No in room music or sound machine. Bright lights left on. Table warmer had to be fumbled with for five minutes after I was in the room. I was booked with a male therapist and not asked if this was ok. Was told later it was my responsibility to ask.
Cold towels left on back during the massage and more poking and pushing then fluid massage movements.
Facial starts with cold water. Was left alone in the room because esthetician needed to get tools that weren’t where they should have been. Steamer issues and none of the extras listed were done. Sugar scrub on feet? Lip plumping treatment? Wild berry eye treatment?
I went in on a $ 128 groupon deal and 75% of the services listed on the deal were not done during my treatment. I never call a place to complain but this bothered me all day. I called to let someone know, since they didn’t bother to ask my opinion when I left, and I was brusquely put on hold and then offered a complimentary service in a month. No one wanted to hear my concerns, just shut me up. What a terrible way to do business. I’m extremely disappointed. My apologies to Naiomi who didn’t want to deal with me and my call. I won’t be bothering you again.
Was told a spa director would be reaching out to me. A month has passed and still nothing. It’s a shame you can’t give a minus star for lack of caring and negligent customer service.

I first learned about pure vanity through a groupon for laser hair removal. I have since been back for addition laser treatments, facials and massage. I love being able to escape for a couple of hours and always feel great when I leave!

The first time I came tried Pure Vanity it was for a massage and facial which were both great! The place is very clean too which is support important to me. I have been wanting to do laser hair removal for the longest time but the cost had kept me back. I shopped around all of the Scottsdale area and no one came close to the prices here so I was a bit hesitant thinking that the quality is probably not as good. However I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did because I couldn’t be happier with my results!!! I’ve only gone twice for my underarms and I already have no more hair growing out. Thank you Evelyn for being so thorough and fun to talk to during my treatments!

What a nice experience. I got there a little late but they were very nice and got me right in for my appointment. I was very fortunate to have a triple certified technician she was awesome. I came in stressed and left relaxed. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is the BEST! I found them via groupon and so far tried several services. I went in for a massage/​facial combo. The facial was with Emily who was amazing. My skin had dry areas and she addressed them and gave me recommendations for correcting the issue. The facials are in the huge white pod that is heated. Its like a space chair… Nothing I’ve seen before and so comfortable.
I also had a one hour deep tissue. It was also great and my therapist hit all the good spots. Sometimes doesn’t happen on first massage.
I’ve since tried Thermismooth contouring for the thigh area. It is not for the faint of heart. The heat gets intense but its short bursts. I noticed a slight improvement in inches after just the first time so I’m going back for a few more to really give it a chance to work.
The girls and staff are so sweet, friendly and helpful. Love all the smiles when I walk in! Definitely worth the try!

First learned about Pure Vanity through groupon. I called to see what the details were and they offered me a better deal because I had not been there before. I got a facial and massage and it was wonderful. I thought about getting their membership, but held off. Just got a massage again there about 2 weeks ago and it was amazing as well that I decided to become a member. It’s a great deal and I get special pricing for the other packages they offer. I highly recommend this place. It’s clean, friendly, helpful and no pressuring like other places I’ve been to.

Absolutely best massage and facial I have ever received. Not only is the place clean but it’s welcoming from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. I have so much to say but don’t want to take up too much of your time. Please trust me when I say this, I’m a very picky person and I am recommending this place 100%.

On 08/​22/​2015, I had a great facial with the manager. She did a wonderful job! The reason why I am rating as poor is because of Nayomi, the front desk receptionist who provided awful service. I have been to Pure Vanity several times before, when other front office staff was working they were efficient, offered suggestions, answered questions, acknowledged customers when they walked in. Nayomi appears to be overwhelmed even when she’s servicing only one customer! I noticed when I walked in the customer before me appeared frustrated attempting to pay for her service applying a sale promotion. When I was prepared to pay for my facial and purchase about $ 200 worth of product, I too wanted to apply the «Back to School» promotion I was offered and frankly the reason why I scheduled a facial. Nayomi told me the offer was only for students and I needed a valid student ID. I don’t know of many students who would be able to pay $ 85 for a facial let alone additional hundreds for product. I asked where it stated a valid ID was necessary. Nayomi became upset not only with me but the person she attempted to train, taking over the checkout transaction leaving the trainee simply sitting there. I told Nayomi I simply wanted the best price. She abruptly responded, «I thought I had just done that!» At that point to avoid frustration for all, I decided to simply pay for the facial and asked her to forget the product 10% discount (although I received an email with that offer which was presented) as I would not be purchasing it. There are at least 3 spas that provide great aesthetic services including Pure Vanity, clients have choice these days and we spend BIG money on this. But because of Nayomi’s rude and confrontational nature Pure Vanity just lost one customer.

I had the most incredible massage by Lisa today. She truly knew how to get into my tight muscles and get them to release! I will for sure be seeing her again!

I love being pampered at Pure Vanity. I have been going here for several years. The prices and deals make it very affordable to have monthly facials and massages. In addition, occasionally they offer specials on skin tightening and other treatments that cost a lot more at other spas.

I have been going to this business for over 8 years now, back when they were body solutions. They have the best machines and their pricing is VERY FAIR. Trust me, I compare shop like no other. Their estheticians are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I have had the laser hair removal in 4 areas, never came back, the facial thermismooth and body thermismooth, facials and massages. The only thing that is just good, not great, are the massages. Everything else is great! Even their products. Great specials all the time too!

Absolutely love this place. I originally got a groupon deal and have continued ever since with their laser services. I have done bikini line and underarm and it’s been painless and very effective. I have had Emily as my esthetician since the beginning and love her! Highly reccomend this place. Very professional.

I’ve been to Pure Vanity for a couple of facials now. Both aestheticians were great, very relaxing, I even fell asleep last time! The products they used on my face left my skin feeling clean and soft and my complexion glowing. Their services are moderately priced and the staff took great care of me. I’ll definitely be a regular customer.

Wished I had read the reviews before I booked an appointment. The treatment was fine, but the management is so rude. They don’t stand behind their products, so beware when you purchase products. There are so many wonderful spas in the valley, doubt they will stay in business. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.

Hard to keep up because they keep switching their name but this should be the final one! My mom started going to this spa when they first opened for facials and massages, I have 3 sisters and she treats all of us here and we love it!

Bought the Groupon for laser hair removal. It was a complete waste of time as it did absolutely zero. I’ve had laser hair removal at other spas (specifically one in CA) and got immediate results after only one treatment. After 6, the hair was entirely gone. At this place, I went 4 times and got absolutely nothing, I didn’t bother with the remaining two because on top of that, the tech was cruising thru the appointment like she had to be somewhere else fast. She was actually hurting my legs with the instrument by how quickly and carelessly she was trying to be done with it. I literally thought I was going to have a bruise on my shins and actually asked her to slow down. They’ve changed their name, this spa, but I wonder if anything else has changed. My advice, go elsewhere. I wasted my money here.

Best lasers out there and definitely the nicest staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Ask for Ingrid
