Matt and Debbie are the owners of this PuroClean. Matt has a PhD in chemistry, and a decade of work behind him in an intense corporate environment. He has many technical qualifications relating to the restoration industry.
We were introduced to PuroClean by our Farmers insurance agent Norm Maul. Waking to water throughout the house, we called Norm between bucket and broom sessions. PuroClean was in our hone within 90 minutes, had vacuums and a dozen pieces of drying and dehumidifying equipment in place shortly thereafter. They had a two week sleepover.
A friend of mine with a BS in Civil Engineering played a large role in the construction of a very large earthen dam, then went on to help manage a very large water delivery project in the western U.S. He used to say, «If you want someone to build a dam, hire a bachelor’s degree. If you want someone to design the control gates, hire a MS. If you want someone to calculate the stresses on the gate bolts, hire a PhD.
Matt is a man with an eye for detail. He noted the age of our dwelling, immediately had his crew take samples for potential asbestos content.
PuroClean can be a one-​stop solution for water and fire damage. Along with PuroClean staff, they have excellent connections with pack-​out, hazard abatement and restoration contractors.
Their work dewatering our home was excellent, with slight damage and staining of drywall, even in our wettest areas. There was follow-​up testing for wall moisture.
Fast response, professional work, a couple who want to help others. A pretty good combination.
