Rachell helped us buy our new home and sell our previous house. When we were looking for a new home she paid close attention to detail concerning our criteria for the house we wanted to live in. She also showed an incredible amount of patience when it came to going out looking at all the potential houses and when it came time to make an offer gave us sound advice on how to proceed.
When it came time to sell our existing home, she showed a lot of attention to detail when it came to listing and was sure to cover all the bases including social media. We got a lot foot traffic which resulted in multiple offers. We were able to sell our house for the price that we wanted within 5 days of going on the market and again Rachell was there every step of the way to advise and assist with any questions or concerns we had.
Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but we felt very comfortable with Rachell and Twins Reality. She answered every question we had quickly and we felt that we were never alone in the process. She has a lot of knowledge and if she doesn’t have an answer to a question she has a great team and will give you an honest opinion in a timely manner. I could not have imagined this process going any better and serious doubts that it would have ended this well with another realtor.
