Recreate

I just found out that this store has closed. I’m not sure why, but I sure do miss it. I always found great buys of furniture here.

I liked this store for making purchases but my selling/​consignment experience has been terrible, unfortunately zero stars isn’t an option. I was moving away and dropped off a table/​dinner set for consignment. Never got a call regarding the sale (if it did?) and cannot get through on the telephone, no reply to email. Not impressed and hopefully management is reading this so the issue can be resolved.

I’ve been going here for the past year or so to sell some of my parents furniture as they downsized. There seems to be a decent choice of furniture and nick knacks to buy and the business model is the same for any consignment store. Give your furniture, you get a quote, and when it’s sold they either contact you or you can swing by and see what’s been sold.
The reason for my rating is that quite often I’ll swing by being in the neighborhood and because they are two business partners, if one, the female is not present, you have to come by the following day, when she is in, to receive a check. This has happened to me a few times and is quite annoying when you’d think that both partners could give you a check. That frustration is part of the 3 star rating.
