I was was recommended Dr. Ronald Russo by my father Ronald McRae in 2010. He was a second opinion after seeing another dentist. Dr. Russo did some crown work fo me. While waiting for the crowns I developed a severe abscess in my mouth. Dr. Russo refused to speak to me directly the entire 2 weeks it took to make the tooth. I phoned in pain on many occasions. Instead he would only converse occasionally with my father. I was 39 years old at the time. I was in agony and went through a CostCo size bottle of Advil. Eventually I went to another doctor for pain killers. I never went back to have the crown put on and left Dr. Ronald Russo with the tooth I was so upset.

After several visits to different dentists who never focused on the challenges I was having with my teeth, I was referred to Dr. Russo. What an incredible experience! His skills and abilities to rectify a very serious tooth/​teeth issues were incredible. His work and resolution of my problem is second to none!
He is an absolutely fabulous, and much needed dentist! His staff, his assistant Roxy, his hygienist, and Dr. Ian Bennett are awesome! From the moment you enter the office, you are warmly greeted by both Tina and Carla. You can easily question whether or not you are in a dentist office due to the niceties and pleasantries you receive from both Carla and Tina. It starts there and never stops!
I can go on, but out of respect for your time, I will gracefully bow out. Just know that if you are looking and in need of a dentist, Dr. Russo should be your choice, hands down!

Dr. Russo built up a post and gave me a lovely crown.
Thereby saving me just under THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS.
