Sack Time

Five stars and more for sack time mattresses. Buying mattresses is not my cup of tea. We heard from friends back in Arizona how great their experience was at the store. I live in Irvine California, I was not goingto Scottsdale to buy a mattress! I gave them a call, I talked to Ziva she was super helpful and asked me why I wanted to buy a new mattress and what I would expect from my new mattress. No sales pressure on the phone. She was so helpful I decided to buy a new mattress for my son too! she told me they can deliver anywhere. The delivery was done on time and everything went well. We love our mattress, she even called us later to ask how we like it. Great product kudos to sack time!!!

Ive been having trouble with spine, decided to get a new bed. Wanted something top rated and knew that Sack Time would take care of me. Well, they did. Incredible service, before and after sale. The delivery went like clockwork, nice clean and didn’t have a thing to do except wait to lay down. Nicolas, the owner called me a few times since the purchase and genuinely cares. I can’t say enough about this company. Thanks, Sack Time!

Peace of mind… Every thing was simple. I didn’t feel any pressure. I got all the explanations I needed to make up my mind. I went back the next day with my husband to buy the best mattress we ever had. I definitely recommend to anyone to check that place before buying a mattress as they take care of everything, warranty registration (that follow if you move), delivery and installation…

In March 2015, we bought a bed from Tawnee. The delivery was smooth and, the bed has been great. Five months later, we moved and needed an additional new bed too, so we went back to Tawnee. She created a fantastic delivery plan for us where they picked up and moved our first bed during the delivery of our second bed. Both beds are great. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, the setups and deliveries went smoothly, and pricing was fine. Highly recommended.

If I could give Sack Time more stars, I would! I have been researching the best mattress for my son with special needs for over a week. I looked at a few mattress stores around town and received the worst customer service imaginable. Sack Time made buying a mattress for my son effortless and I am very grateful!
Yesterday, I spoke with the owner Ziva on the phone. She was with a customer and would call me right back. I got a phone call shortly after and she was so nice and informative. This made me want to come in and check out her store.
Ziva was not in today, so worked with her daughter who was just as nice and helpful! I cannot wait for my son to enjoy his big boy bed! Both Ziva and her daughter were honest, caring, and a pleasure to do business with! If you want a great mattress at an affordable price, look nowhere else and save your time. I wish I knew about Sack Time from the start! Also, Sack Time has been locally owned and operated since the 1970’s which is a sure sign they know how to run a business and please their customers.

Excellent service with Ziva. They got rid of my Mom’s old mattress and brought her a new one. The installation and courteous service is very appreciated! I will recommend them and will be back the next time I need a mattress.

What a relief. I hate buying mattresses because of the sales people, but I really enjoyed sack time. Helped me without the sales pressure and I found the perfect mattress. I compared the price to 4 other stores and it was in line.

If you need a new mattress, I highly recommend Sack Time in Scottsdale. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one we had. Nicolas, (the store owner) made our experience pleasant and he never pressured us to purchase. He listened to our needs and led us to a bed that we are very pleased with and it’s organic. I’m so glad we found that store because I hate shopping for mattresses.

This is the only place I would recommend to get a mattress. The owners are amazing! It is a family owned and operated business and I have never had better service! I found the exact type of mattress I wanted within a couple minutes of being there! So affordable and so comfortable! After I bought it they delivered it and set it up the next day. The delivery guys were so professional and nice and helpful! They set up everything and were in and out so quickly! I love this place and will definitely recommend to all my friends!

We have now bought three mattresses from Sack Time and could be happier with all of the purchases. The folks there are knowledge and use that knowledge to explain the ins-​and-​outs of bedding.
This knowledge included suggesting daybeds for a small bedroom that would double as my office.
They seem to have so many options that they seem to be able to deliver on almost any budget and never pressure you. They offer free delivery and their people are careful and very experience.

Had another really great experience with Sack Time Mattress. Our whole family now sleeps in complete comfort thanks to this family run mattress store. Each mattress was carefully suggested to fit our sleeping needs and I am so please with the quality of each mattress. Wouldn’t shop any where else!

I dreaded mattress shopping and all the confusion caused by foam, coils, springs and coverings. I found this experience to be educational without the BS and not forceful in anyway. I spent more than planned but felt I knew what I was getting for the extra money. Would go there again in a heartbeat! They are also very accommodating.

I love these guys. We’ve now purchased three Tepur-​pedic mattresses from them. They know their stuff, they’re super friendly and really work with you.
