SCC Electrolysis & Permanent Makeup

Susan is amazing! You can tell how much she cares about her clients; you feel like you’re talking to a long time friend from the moment you meet her. The sessions are lot less painful than electrolysis in past and seems to be working well (only had couple sessions so far). Already recommended her to my friends. Only wish there were more professionals out there like Susan :-)

I finally found someone who does electrolysis + does it well! The office is easy to get to and feels private. My first appointment Susan explained her process for treatments and what to expect for results. She also made sure I understood the do’s and don’ts so I achieve maximum results I am looking for. The best part is she gives me my own needle for treatments that goes into my own envelope in my file-​No sharing! Susan is really wonderful and a true professional!

Susan is awesome! I’ve been coming to her for electrolysis for 15 years (on and off, of course!). I started with my eyebrows– true to her estimate it took about 12 sessions to complete and the hair is permanently removed. It’s such a relief from endless waxing sessions. Susan’s prices are affordable and she’s a wealth of knowledge for other skin and hair specialists such a facialists, etc. I love Susan!

I’ve been seeing Susan for more than 10 years. (A male coworker recommended her services after he heard me complain about the cozy sweaters above my eyes. She was working on his ears.) I started with eyebrows and other less desirable facial hair and moved to other parts of the body. She has such a good attitude and personality for what can be an awkward procedure. (Can you zap hair, um, here?) My experience is always great (short session, long session, every week on a different part of the body). The office atmosphere is hygienic, clean and inviting. I haven’t had to pluck my eyebrows in years. I don’t have to shave or wax my lip or chin. And in a few more sessions, I’ll have my armpits done, too.

Susan is absolutely amazing! She is so professional and has such a great bedside manner. I appreciated how thorough and precise she was from educating me about the services I wanted all the way to the application. I wanted permanent make up on my eye brows for quite sometime and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Today I was in for electrolysis on my under arms and I can’t even begin to tell you how exciting it is now not having to shave anymore! I had my eyebrows done a few months ago and they are great. I no longer need to spend time filling them in and they look so natural. Loud recommend this place if you are looking for permenant make up.

Susan is just wonderful. Very caring and accommodating. She’s explains everything and makes one feel very comfortable. She has done excellent work on me and I will definitely keep using her when needed.

I have been going to Susan for many years for electrolysis and now for permanent make up. She is nice, fun, smart and cares that you get the result you want. She will not try and talk you into more procedures or spending more money unnecessarily. She does what you request or will tell you delicately if she advises against it for your own good. I wanted to do permanent makeup on my brows and she told me that is is for people who don’t have brows and I should just dye mine myself. She is gentle, patient, and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t trust anyone else and recommend her without hesitation and I wouldn’t waste time writing this if I couldn’t give her a 100% endorsement. I schedule my appointments at the end of her day so that I get to spend more time with her because we never have enough time to talk during my appointments, If you have dogs, bring pictures with you!

Susan is an artist. Before getting eyeliner, she talked with me extensively about the colors and the effect. I wanted a natural look, with low maintenance, and that is exactly what she gave me. She is the only person that I would trust with my face.
I have also gotten electrolysis and am thrilled with the results. She is the only person I know who truly makes sure the hair doesn’t come back.
I will absolutely be back!
