Boy were these guys great! I realize I probably wasn’t their biggest fish in the pond — a simple PSU replacement on my old desktop unit — but they responded quickly and promptly, and came to my house to fix my problem the next day! Extremely reasonable in terms of cost, so glad I didn’t make the mistake of taking my PC to one of the big guys where I would’ve paid big bucks just to hand it over the counter, then waited a few weeks while they shipped it out. So glad I chose them.
