I have been coming to this nail salon for over 4 years now!!! At one point I even moved to chandler and no nail salon compares, so I would still drive the 35 minutes here! Cherry is my favorite!!! If you can’t get in with her Luann and Jennifer are amazing as well!!! I always with loving my nails!!!

I moved here from Colorado and went to 3 others nail salons prior to finding this Gem! Scottsdale Hand & Foot Spa is the cleanest, friendliest and most respectful salon I have ever been to. I have been having manicures & pedicures for 15+ years and have lived in 6 states. They are the best! Cherry is my nail technician and pays very close attention to detail even in the delicate trimming of my cuticles. (no hang nails ever) Her gel manicures are the best! Lena is my pedicure technician and is amazing. I had an injured toe in which I lost the nail over the course of a year. I was very sensitive to say the least. She was so attentive to what I explained to her and my pain tolerance. She actually listened! (past salons seemed to have brushed over any explanation I would try to convey.) I have finally been able to completely relax knowing she isn’t going to hurt my injured toe and the toenail is growing back!
Denny is the owner and is not only funny, but respectful. He makes eye contact and makes you feel pampered while in his salon. If you don’t try them out — you are missing out!
Very affordable and the best kept secret in N. Scottsdale!

Had a great experience here at Scottsdale Hand and Foot Spa this afternoon. They were friendly, clean and did a lovely job with my pedicure. I would definitely come back again and suggest it to others.

Tiffany is by far one of the best manicurists I’ve been too. My gel manicure always lasts. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and the prices are fair. I highly recommend this shop and Tiffany.

Scottsdale Hand and Foot Spa is the best! My mom and I have been going here for years. We get French pedicures for the summer and they always look phenomenal! Our pedicurists Lena and Luann are wonderful. 100% recommend this place for a relaxing spa experience.

I found this pedicure shop on Unilocal and based on the reviews gave them a try. I ended up being very disappointed. The nail polish selection was ill kemp and disorganized. The seating at the foot dryer were $ 10 IKEA chairs and not something I wanted to sit on. It is true, they do offer disposable liners but you don’t get massage jets as the liners are placed in plastic foot baths within the spa. They put a mud mask on my legs that they left far too long and it ended up burning the backs of my calves.

All the girls are so friendly and remember what chair or polish or massage pressure you like and now my hubby & I come every three weeks for the full treatment !!!

I love this place! Not only do they give personable service, but are so detailed and clean! Denny the manager is awesome and always knows me when I call or come in. I’ve always had a great experience with every nail technician I’ve had! I do usually request John! He is always so detailed and cleans my nails to perfection which I love! He really wants to make sure I leave 100% satisfied. They are always pretty busy so I recommend calling ahead of you can!

For those who don’t like to wait for more than 10 – 15 minutes, I’ll be honest this place isn’t for you. This place seems to be super busy. It was my first visit here during my Spring Training visit. My two friends and I did a walk-​in. We waited for maybe 30 minutes or less. One of my friends was slightly disabled. The staff was extremely accommodating as far as making sure we are sitting together and that my friend was able to get up onto a higher seated area.
I received a Luxury Pedicure. My legs feel amazing & still look extremely hydrated after a week. The lady did a wonderful job as making my pedicure worth every penny! I wish I remembered her name. A few of the staff has perfect English unlike some places you go to in California. I was impressed. I’m sure that sound racist, but it’s an observation. & my honest opinion.
If you don’t have. Sense of humor, like a good sense of humor, you may get easily offended when you’re in a group and the person doing your nails is joking with you. Just a heads up. Also, it’s a joking telling like it is persona, so if you don’t like it, don’t complain. Because I find it humorous if you don’t.

I called ahead and reserved 3 chairs for 1:30, I spoke to a man named Denny.
Upon arriving, we were told that it would be a few, and we were welcomed to choose our polish.
We waited, and waited and waited watching walk-​ins being taken back before us. Finally at 2:15 we were sat for our pedicures.
The lobby was crazy busy, and just as our pedicures were getting started, Denny, the manager who I had made the appointment with came over and yelled at the ladies doing our toes that we were only allowed to do the basic pedicure. I told him that we had chosen a different package, and he told us that we should have said that upon making the appointment.
He booked us, he never asked what we wanted done.
He was so rude to us that we decided to leave. Because of this, the lady doing my toes called him back over to speak to is about the problem. He was aggressive, rude, and all around unpleasant to us and to the poor ladies that worked for him. He never apologized, not even after one in my party told him he should.
I asked for his boss’s contact information (at first he refused) and he gave me a card with a name and email address. The name read Vinny, and the only part of the email address I could read was the @ symbol.
I have honestly never been treated so poorly at an establishment in my life. Obviously I will not be returning, and you should do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are much cheaper places that offer the same service where you will be treated with respect and kindness.

My daughter and I have been going to this place for two months now and I find I must revise my review. I am leaving 2 stars only because they do nice work most of the time. But our last few visits have been very irritating and unpleasant. Last weekend we went as drop ins because we couldn’t get in touch with anybody on the phone. We were checked in and sat down up front to wait. We had been there about ½ hour when we decided to leave. We walked to the front desk to let the owner know and it was obvious he had forgotten who we were and why we were there. Oh well should have had an appointment we thought. We made appointments for the following week.
Our experience yesterday, with an appointment, was just awful. Hands were done promptly and then we began waiting for a pedicure. And waiting and waiting while 3 separate times later customers were moved ahead of us. While I was waiting the owner came up and attempted to file the polish off my newly done acrylics! Obviously once again he had forgotten who I was or why I was there. We finally did get toes done but it literally took my standing by the pedicure stands and insisting that we be taken next. And even then they let me sit there until the water was cold before the pedicure started, and they cut my daughter’s toenail so deeply it bled and was sore the next day.
I tried to talk with the owner about our experience yesterday, and his response was that he was really pissed off about it and would take care of it before our next visit. Comping the pedicures would have been appropriate but apparently that didn’t occur to him.
If you go to this place you will get a lot of pressure from the owner to post a positive Unilocal review. To the point where you know you will be nagged about it the next time you go in if you don’t. At this point that doesn’t matter as we won’t be back.

Great and efficient! Really liked the atmosphere with the friendly nail technicians and soothing aquariums. Highly recommend to travelers and locals!

I’ve been twice for gel nails and both times I’ve had excellent service! One time I had pineapples on my ring finger and this second time I had roses and they gave me exactly what I wanted! Not only are they great with the designs, but my last manicure lasted through 10 days in Hawaii (you know how hard sand is on mani/​pedis) and a week of hard work in a hospital (hands constantly in and out of gloves, moving patients, etc) and I couldn’t believe they never chipped! Give them a try I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Tiffany is the nicest and best nail technician but every time I go and she’s not available everyone else is just as great! This place is more than 5 stars! We love it here!

I love this place and the family atmosphere that they have created. The owner Denny is fantastic. He is funny and you can tell takes great care of his staff. No job is beneath him, I’ve seen him doing manicures, booking appointments, cleaning up and he has even done a pedicure for me once (best one I have ever had!) All the works are great! I usually ask for Cherry, Jennifer, or Tiffany, they have all done wonderful gel manicures. I have recommended this place to many, I’ve never had a bad experience. They take pride in their service.

Came in from out of town and decided to check out this salon. Three words. Best. Pedicure. Ever!
1. GORGEOUS salon! Felt warm and inviting right away!
2. 4 price points/​levels for spa pedi which I loved bc it gives you plenty of options for price and depth of the experience.
3. I chose the 2^nd ‘level’ and do not regret one bit. Over an hour of soaking, scrubbing and massage for $ 38. Leena took care of me and she was incredibly sweet and aware of what you want as a customer. Highly recommend her!
Will definitely be coming back on my future trips to Scottsdale! :)

Had one bad nail experience before discovering Scottsdale Hand and Foot Spa.
I’ve been there twice now.
John has done my nails and He’s remarkable.
He actually can by hand paint any design or duplicate any picture.
My nails last a long time!

I decided to give Scottsdale one more chance on my hands and feet after a nightmare experience at another nail salon. I am a very thorough Unilocal reader; I do my research.
This placed lived up to its Unilocal reviews. I got the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had!!! All over wonderful conversations with the very friendly staff.
This place is top notch. I found my new nail salon!
