Scottsdale Protech

I’ve taken cars to Grant’s repair shop twice so far and have been very happy. We were referred to Grant’s shop by a friend and we are really happy with the service. We recently towed our car over 30 miles from the west side of Phoenix since we only trust Grant and his crew to perform the work. Grant actually suggested that we find a different shop out of his concern of the large tow bill when I spoke with him on the phone. That’s why we continue to bring our automobiles to Scottsdale Protech. :-)

Scottsdale Protech is a wonderful place to take your car! I have a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and the brake light came on. I took it to Grant and he took the time to explain to me where my brake pads were and refilled my brake fluid too. I’m so thankful for such an honest auto shop. I have taken a previous car here and will continue to take future cars here too!

Looking for an auto repair shop that is honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and fair prices? Look no farther Grant and his team beat any other repair service out there! I have been using Grant about 10 years now and would never go anywhere else… why would I? I have referred Grant to friends and relatives as well and everyone has been happy with the service they have received. I commend Grant and his whole team on the great service they provide and do not have the snotty attitude of some of the dealerships in town.

Referred by a friend to this auto repair shop a few years back, today I won’t take our cars anywhere else for important repairs. Grant (owner) & Ryan (owner’s son) are straight-​up, honest-​as-​the-​day-​is-​long guys that tell you what needs to be fixed, what doesn’t, and when you can just let it ride… isn’t that what everyone’s looking for in auto repair?
Just South of Costco in the Scottsdale Airpark (where many overpriced auto shops reside), this place is a breath of fresh air. Grant will suggest things over the phone that may prevent you from even coming in, or take the time to clearly explain your problem. Plus you’ll know what it’s gonna cost before you leave the keys.
These are good Christian business guys who walk the walk, and it shows. They’re open late during the week (5:30 or 6) and even Saturday til 2pm. Like I said, I won’t take our cars anywhere else.

Amazing service and truely an honest mechanic. I have been here twice first time was with a coolant leak. They helped me, free of charge, find the link and then showed me how to fix it. Second, time, I was at Right Toyota and they were pushing the yellow service. Went to Protech for a 2^nd opinion and they could not find any of the issues the dealership was claiming the car had.
