I will not do business with them again. I bought a living social deal, and they decided to cancel the deal without notifying me. I got a text message that my appointment had been cancelled. When I tried to re-​schedule it I was unable to get through to anyone. Their website allows you to book appointments, but no matter what day I selected, it was unavailable. Not sure what the deal is with this company, I’m wondering if they are gong out of business or something because they are quite disorganized, and make it impossible to reach someone. Luckily, living social refunded me. I felt like they totally wasted my time.

I purchased the living social deal for a year of botox. The deal was phenomenal. The first time I saw the doc she said she was overwhelmed with new clients and was having a hard time keeping up. I could see why. I managed to get in two treatments with my deal. But when I booked a third I requested some other services. I emailed and got no reply. I emailed again and was told that if I wanted to add another service, I would need to prepay. I didn’t think that would be a good idea so I just booked a regular botox appointment online. I’m so glad I went with my gut. I never officially got a confirmation but I showed up at my appointment anyway. The door was padlocked and there was a sign on the door from the property. All of the stuff inside looked untouched. So I give 2 stars for the deal, because at least I got my money’s worth. But obviously I won’t be able to use up the rest of my voucher. Very disappointed.

I purchased a Living Social deal for $ 300 for a year of Botox. I called to make an appointment and left a voicemail which was never returned so then I booked my appointment online, got a confirmation email, drove 30 miles to have the office be locked. The voicemail was full and 10 minutes after my appointment time a man called saying the doctor was sick and he was sure she would call to reschedule. She did not. I booked another appointment for the following Saturday, received an email confirmation, drove another 30 miles to have the office be locked again! I cannot leave a message as the vm is full. Is this even a legit business and how do I get my $ 300 back?! Il pay full price for Botox to save the frustration of this shady practice.

Dr Moody did not show up for my appointment or the next person’s appointment. I have not heard from her and the appointment was for yesterday. She confirmed the appointment the day before.
