Every person we worked with was excellent! The estimator who came out was helpful and provided different types of solutions that were available for us. They walked us through what sun screens were, how they’re used, and so forth. We were able to coordinate our appointments easily via email, and for the estimation and install appointments, everyone was on time.
They were efficient at getting our screens installed and did a great job!

HORRIBLE customer service. Called for an appointment & first available was 8 weeks away. Booked it, then waited, and they NO-​SHOWED me! When I called to find out status, they were rude, belligerent, continually interrupted me, and extremely unprofessional. There are too many quality screen repair services in the area to put up with poor customer service.

I am in love with my sunscreens, what a difference they have made in my family room and kitchen, today I had bedroom door installation I can’t wait for this afternoon. Doing business with this company was smooth from estimate to installation, as well as the office. Very professional, I will recommend this company

I’ve had this nagging rip in one of the kitchen sliders and my real estate person said I needed to get it repaired … OK, Ok … Stop yelling.
Anyway, Marty and the Screen Mobile came to the house, On time mind you and did a wonderful job. They were in very quickly, the quality was great and the price was very fair.
I’ll use them again and I think you should as well.

I was very, very happy with Screenmobile when they replaced and repaired my screens this week. I was not aware that such a service existed and I had been hauling my own screens into my local ACE to try to do it myself. No more. I’m very pleased.

Excellent.
This is our 3rd installation of various screens from Screenmobile over the years.
They are consistently on time, clean, professional and the materials they use are the best.
I will call them again if needed and highly recommend them.

Bought a screen and it literally fell apart and when I called for warranty it was four weeks to get service. Once they finally arrived I was told $ 88 to replace a wheel that had fallen out of bottom. I got a horrible product and even worse service.

Ken of Screenmobile was here today and i couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and screens! He was more than knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal with. We needed sun shades to stop the reflection onto a putting green we’re installing and although the job was a small one, Ken was terrific. Hats off to you, Ken, if we decide to add more to other windows we will absolutely call you!
