Senior Helpers

I paid in advance for 6 hours of work (driving to and from a medical procedure). Received only 3 hours of time. Person sent was inexperienced in this kind of job. Thought she could just drop me off while I was still recovering from anesthesia, instead of staying with me for a while to make sure I was okay. I didn’t insist that she stay since she looked like she wanted to leave. Tried contacting the owner Sean twice to discuss this, but he never returned my calls. I paid $ 164 for the 3 hours. This included a separate charge for mileage which was unexpected.

Senior Helpers were OUTSTANDING! We used them for over 2 ½ years. They provided OUTSTANDING and CARING care givers. They worked with us as my father needed more care over time. They really helped my dad: keeping him physically and mentally active. They provided me with ongoing reports (via email) which were really helpful as I was out of state; really depended on them to advise me of dad’s condition. They always demonstrated amazing care for both my dad and me as we were going through this journey. We encountered a very difficult situation with my dad. The owners, Shaun and Tiffany, really personally helped me understand more about elder care: shared their vast experience and provided much needed advise. Tiffany was exceedingly helpful through our very very difficult time. She was knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate. I really relied on her help and expertise in this area. I am forever grateful to Senior Helpers of Scottsdale and would highly recommend them to anyone.
