Does not support their Coolsculpt procedures. I have two completely disproportionate arms. When I returned, Susan assured me it could be fixed. Took pictures, measurements– life was good. After changing and waiting in the treatment room, she came in with a clipboard telling me I would have to pay $ 700, at a discount rate. When I explained I wouldn’t be paying that, it was expected they would fix their error, a change of attitude was immediate. She then said the paddle couldn’t fit, it would not fix the issue and that I needed to lose weight, and then it still probably wouldn’t work. The complete opposite of what I was told five minutes prior from her same mouth. I filed a complaint with the medical board, if you would like to reference Complaint: 23 526 for further details. Avoid this place at all costs, go with a specialist. I consulted with Bodify, whom stated that this procedure should’ve never been done in the first place. Bodify further stated it’s good I didn’t have a second procedure, because it most likely would’ve left a «sharkbite.»
Lastly, I asked for a copy of my medical records, which, although in her hand, she couldn’t make me a copy. She was insistent that «It would cost them money, they just can’t give out free procedures.» When I pointed out I wasn’t asking for a free procedure, but a correction to a grossly disproportionate outcome, she was clearly irritated and apathetic. She said she would have to see what they could do, but they can’t be «losing money.» She could care less about their botched work. When I asked when she would have a resolution, she said, «I don’t know, a few months. Summer is our busy season.» I told her that was not acceptable, and requested follow up with a solution in one week. It’s been eleven days. No return call, no email, no contact of any kind. So, if you are looking for someone that cares about their finished work and you as even a human being, avoid this place at all costs. I hope my story can help someone not make the same mistake.

Great Doctor, very professional. I went for a consultation on laser Co2 treatment, his assistant first explained to me the process and recovery. I met with Dr. Brown and felt comfortable with him and his office. The laser was not painful and I felt little discomfort due to Dr. Brown method of treatment. The following days was scary though, swollen and I spent my recovery days resting. My face looked reddish and crusted and it stayed that way until it peeled day 5. The staff would wash my skin for me every other day until I recovered. Although, I didn’t look pretty that week, I was amazed at how tight my face and eyelids already looked. The second week, I was amazed at the improvement although still recovering. I will say that they really did a great job of preparing me for the laser. They have strict rules on what you use on the skin, and having someone to drive you home after the procedure.

I bought a 3-​pack for Vela-​Shape on Living Social. I wanted it for the front of my thighs and that is the area that was treated. After the first treatment I saw nothing, but she said I would after the second and third. To be honest, I see NOTHING after 3 sessions. I was anticipating them wanting to sell me another 3 pack, but after my this session, she just said, «Let us know if you want to come back». Done. I have received no follow-​up calls to see if I was pleased with my results. The Living Social offer came with $ 200 credit toward Cool Sculpt and I was never asked if I was interested in that. Bottom line — they were nice enough, but I never felt that they cared if I saw results or not. After my 3 sessions, it was Adiós!

So, I went in for my follow up and I’m amazed. I gain four pounds since my procedures, but I look THINNER than my first visit. I don’t know why anyone would undergo liposuction, when this is available. The cool sculpt did exactly what it was supposed to, shrank my thighs:)
The VelaShape smoothed everything. It’s perfect if your at your ideal weight but you just want the little extra toned look.

I have read and watch video’s regarding cold sculpting fat removal. I am fit, eat low carb but my inner thighs and arms I have been unhappy with even when I was my thinnest weight. I learned about this clinic from a close friend who had had a bunch of areas done.
Susan did the coolsculpting on me. She spent a lot of time consulting and showing how she would treat my arms and bra area. She explained the procedure thoroughly, and what to expect during and after the procedure. She offered to start immediately, having 1 machine available. She put the cold sculpting on my arm. A few minuets later my hands a little numb, she moved another machine and put one suction on my back.
I think the thing that impressed me the most, was how detailed the plan was and specific to me and how the different applicators work.
I am scheduled to come back to do my knees and sides in October with a new small device. Furthermore, if you thought about doing this, go for it! It’s amazing getting your fat frozen, and fun to relax and watch a movie.

I spent big bucks at this establishment awhile back to have unwanted hair permanently removed from my back and shoulders. About the only thing that was permanently removed was a lot of money from my bank account. At one of the treatment sessions, I came in with a light sunburn on my upper back and shoulders, so they said that they could only treat my lower back today (which was fine), but they still charged me the FULL PRICE. What a rip off.

Susan, It seems as though you have confused me with another patient, as none of the information in your response is accurate. Its not surprising to hear that another patient was also unsatisfied.
Your response has also proven that confidentiality is not a priority; given that this is a medical office, you are regulated by federal laws (HIPAA) that prohibit you from releasing patient information, especially in a public forum. You have clearly violated this in your response to my original post and the responses you have made to others.

Wasted thousands of dollars here and looked worse after the surgery. They looked at my before and after pictures and even they admitted that I looked worse. Then they told me I wasn’t an ideal candidate for the eyelid surgery… even after they swore up and down that I was before the surgery. Their solution: to have botox to do the job the surgery was supposed to do. They didn’t even offer me a discount on the botox!!! I have seen 3 plastic surgeons since and they all couldn’t believe what a horrible job they did. Please take note of the negative reviews… the good ones must be fake because they really are the worst!

I agree with the reviews about money being the only concern for this office. They see dollar signs on everyone’s forehead. i went for a minor service and was upsold (while waiting) so I went back to get micro needling (and I found out this procedure was less expensive every where else). I was nervous so I watched the procedure on YouTube several times so I knew what to expect. I made a late Friday afternoon appt because I had to take off work and could then be home Saturday to recover. After I was taken in a back room, I was left waiting in the room with numbing cream on my face for 62 minutes! There was an older client who had a more costly procedure in the next room who had come back and she was complaining. So Employee was tending to her. When Employee (being nice here not revealing name) finally came in to do my procedure, i expressed my discontent for being made to wait so long while they chatted next door as I lost money at work and had an appointment for an hour ago. She said «Oh sorry we will hurry through your procedure it will only take five minutes.» I promptly said NO please do not hurry with needles on my face. I asked how long she had been doing the procedure she said «A long time.» She proceeded to use the needles on my face as if she was scribbling with crayons quickly. This procedure is supposed to be done slowly dragging the needles in one direction across the face. Not rapid scribbling. I said Please I do not want you to hurry! She said «We had such a busy day I didn’t have a chance to eat I’m starving.» She had my face turned to the side too, not laying flat on my back, which left the skin laying not flat, which is very bad and lead to extreme bruising in one place under my eye. But she continued to work so rapidly that I became anxious and tried to tell her to stop. After, I was bloody and bruised. She told me «That’s how it is supposed to look, you will look great in a couple days.» I called two days later to say my eyes were not looking good and still bruised. That was not normal. I was again told you will look great, that’s how it is suppose to look. Well, that was NOT how it was supposed to look. A year later I have a huge puncture scar under my eye, part of my delicate skin never healed. It is a daily reminder that Employee at this office was hungry and just wanted to go home and start her friday night. I am very scared that I have done permanent damage by having this procedure by someone who did not do it properly

I really don’t understand the negative reviews of this establishment. I just completed a package of Cool Sculpting here and I really had an excellent experience. The office is very nice and the front desk staff are great!
Consultations are complimentary and very thorough! I met with Susan for my consult and she was extremely knowledgable about Cool Sculpting and answered all of my questions. I had been researching it for quite some time and I finally decided to do it.
It is a little awkward getting in front of someone in your skivvies and having your problem areas handled but I was impressed how much time went into assessing which hand pieces and which areas would need treatment to get the results I desired. Susan makes the whole process very comfortable :)
The same happens before each hand piece is applied to ensure correct placement for the best results! Not to mention I’m pretty sure they have just about the nicest treatment rooms. Giant flat screen tv with Apple TV, movies and tv shows galore and netflix. Plush robes, blankets, and a nice remote control chair so you are super comfy laying back watching a movie for a couple hours. They also have 3 machines (wow!) so you can do multiple hand pieces at once! Susan always comes to check if your comfortable too. I can see this becoming very addicting! Will definitely be back for more areas and will update review in a few weeks when I see the results. I also have 2 more velashape treatments to go as well.

I scheduled in late November and drove out to what seemed to be a nice office. It was clean and the staff seemed professional at first glance. I went for a consult on Ultherapy. Susan was nice enough while selling the procedure. Even as I contemplated how much I wanted to buy she remained professional. Even when I asked her about a competitor she had a reasonable answer. She talked about the doctor so I thought he would do the procedure, but she did it. I never did meet or see the doctor. It wasn’t until I got home did I realize her reasonable answer was wrong. She stated the competitor offered the much lower price because they didn’t cover the same amount of area as SS would cover. In fact, she did exactly what she claimed they would do. She claimed the procedure wasn’t «very» painful and it depended on my pain tolerance. The pain was excruciating. She did offer more ibuprofen in addition to the two I had already taken. I squirmed in agony. I wanted to stop the procedure but was told by the «other» gal the treatment was almost complete and perhaps I could just finish so I wouldn’t have to come back. Susan didn’t finish the job. No qualms about it either. She just called gal number two in and she continued on till completion. Perhaps if I wasn’t in so much pain I would have been more inclined to question why she’d start something she had not time to finish, but all I wanted was to get out of there as fast as I could. Last month I should have had a follow up appointment too see the improvement, but I haven’t heard from them at all. WHAT A SHOCK! No not really. All Susan wanted was a sale and boy did she get it! $ 2300.00. I’m sure she was proud of her self for her sales acumen.
Last, I was shown a picture of a long time client. A beautiful lady who appeared to be about sixty. Wow! I thought I’d be able to continue with SS and have all my future treatments with them too. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. There are dollar signs in Susan’s eyes which I couldn’t see through my vanity. One more thing ladies, don’t be fooled by their website ad about the $ 1000 off with limited number of treatments available, it’s the same ad they had on their site in November.

WARNING! DO NOT GET SERVICES HERE. STAFF PLAINLY SUCKS! No customer service. They don’t disclose pricing, pushy. Horrible. I feel bad for the doc that owns that practice. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Would never recommend this place. It is too bad I have to choose a star, I wouldn’t give them any.

This is one of the most unhospitable business I have been to in quite some time. I bought a Deal Chicken laser hair removal from here and w/​the exception of my first visit it has been a bad experience. My first time, I had a great gal who gave me ice before AND after the laser hair reduction to relieve any discomfort. I thought that was nice. The last three times have been less than stellar. The girl from first visit is gone. So I went for 2^nd session and I arrive and there is literally no one in the building. Even the doctor who came in was surprised. Finally a front desk girl (and same girl giving treatments) comes in and he inquires where she has been. Next time two girls but they are never friendly. This last time, just one girl, doing both receptionist and treatment again. She is rushed so she basically manhandles me with the abruptness of the treatment. It was the most painful I have ever experienced and she could care less, she didn’t give me ice to help relieve the pain. However, what really ticked me off is she needed my shirt off. They don’t offer you any cover up, towel, robe or anything, just unclothe in front of them. She leaves the room to get some supplies while I am laying on the table, exposed, and leaves the door open and also leaves the door open when she comes back. For anyone to walk by and see me with no top on. Totally disrespectful place who treats people w/​little dignity. I walked out and DID NOT nor WILL I make the remaining two appointments.

I don’t like giving bad reviews and I put this one off for over a year. But they have a Groupon deal going on and I figured it’s time for the review. I went here with their business coupon for a discount on botox (not Groupon or Living Social). The discount was nominal but it was my first botox and I wanted to try it. Dr. Brown injected the botox and after it had taken effect, I was somewhat happy with the results a few days later. The problem was at the front desk, when I was charged an EXTRA $ 100 for seeing the «doctor». I never asked to have the doctor inject the botox, the coupon didn’t mention seeing the doctor, nor did it mention anything about an extra $ 100 for seeing the doctor. Plus the doctor advised an extra 4 units of botox. The woman at the desk said she tried to let people know about the extra $ 100. No, she did not. I am angry at myself for letting them charge me the extra $ 100, but as the desk is right in front of the clients sitting there watching this exchange go down, I paid it and left — and never will return. That is devious business practices and so yes, I write this review. Because they deserve it.

Bought a «Weekly Deal» for IPL hair removal. Susan did a great job of explaining the procedure and what else SS has available without making me feel pressured to buy any other procedures. I have had 2 of my 6 treatments so far and have not had any undesirable side effects. I would definitely recommend anyone considering IPL hair removal go and see Susan. She really knows her stuff and is very personable.
