Very poor customer service here, especially displayed by store manager Angela. Needed a paint for a job I’m doing, and when asking for it, she stopped me to take a phone call. I’m happy to have yoy answer the ringing phone, but don’t leave me standing here in front of you to listen to your conversation. I’m the customer standing here ready to make a purchase. After enjoying her phone conversation, she informed me the color i need isn’t on their current inventory list. She did however offer to sell me a large batch of a non matching paint. Thanks Angela, your a real help and joy to spend my work day with. I’ll go to lowes next time

Angela, the store manager is a super star! We needed to match a paint and the only thing we could find was an air register that was painted. We brought it in to the store and she was able to match the color. After we got home, we found that the wall was a different shade, so we brought in a different register to match. Angela was very diligent in adding the right colors so it matched perfectly! We took the paint home, painted the spot on the wall, and you cannot tell where the spot was. Thank you again, Angela!
