Make an appointment online. It’s the only way to get in and out quickly. If not, be prepared to eat from 40 minutes to an hour.
The staff is pretty good. They do their best to take care of you upon walking in, the front desk that is. Waiting area is kinda tight. But it’s because there’s always a lot of people that come in.
Best feature for me is that I live right around the corner and this is very convenient.

Excellent service and very professional. I rarely make an appt, but I have never waited for more than 10 minutes or so. Never had a problem drawing blood.

Pros:
°They take walk-ins
°Clean
°The people who take your blood are very fast and nice
Cons:
°I waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room
°The waiting room had a big screen TV… That’s not on… And no music. There is nothing to do but read a magazine.
°The people up front are nice but take a long time. Slow to get things done
°A little hard to find the office. You have to go in between the two buildings when you park.
