I used to love to come here to sit with friends on the inside but with the remodel they blew it Big Time! They reduced the seating, and after you order you are crunched in a small area where I felt like I was at a packed concert and can not move around.
Think I will stick to drive through. Come on Starbucks, it feels like you no longer want use to enjoy the atmosphere, but instead want us to order and leave.; (

I’ve never seen such lines as I have at this drive thru. Everything I am there it wraps around the parking lot with more than l e staring point. I get that there is a hospital near by which (I’m only guessing) causes high volume but get your act together. It shouldn’t take 45 mins to get a coffee. If they traffic is normally at a high learn to manage time better or hire more workers. Ridiculous.

On a recent visit to Scottsdale, I stopped by this location as I always do and will absolutely never return so long as the blonde girl, Tiffany, is there. To say she is rude would be the understatement of the year. She is heinous. The way she was speaking to the other employees is such an embarrassment to this establishment. It was obvious that nobody wanted to approach her or talk to her. She is curt and just unfriendly in general. While I do not expect song and dance from the individuals making my coffee, maybe even a fake smile would suffice. I do not want to completely rag on this place as I have been here so many times – Chelsea and Cameron have always been kind and generous and are the types of employees that will keep people coming back.

Expensive and the espresso always tastes burnt. The only good thing about them is they are everywhere and convenient. They have a good drink for awhile then get rid of it (vanilla macchiato)

I come here often because it is so conveniently located inside Fry’s. If you are a Gold member, however, you cannot get free syrup. They don’t honor that. When I asked I was still given a free mocha sryrup in my café misto. Very nice! There’s a big screen TV and lots of comfortable seating. I came here today while Waiting to go to an appointment. They also have Teavana tea. The mint tea has no caffeine and is good for for my mazuls. What is that? You’re smart. Figure it out…

I frequently visit this shop as it is a close location and is very quiet in the evenings. However the staff is not very friendly, especially when compared to other local Starbucks. Drinks are typical and the shop is clean.

After giving Starbucks the benefit of the doubt and hopes things had changed since last time I was in, I’m disappointed to say it has not! Still just as horrible. There is one friendly lady there that is all. The manager Sahra is the most unfriendly of them all! Wouldn’t kill you to smile and be friendly! After all it is your store.

This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks. The drinks were consistently good. Sad to say, not anymore. Both my husband and I have tried our drinks several different times… and something has certainly changed. Every drink I get is now so watery. I do not appreciate paying the money for watered down coffee, not to mention some of the staff. There is one girl at the drive thru who is always very sweet, I do not include her in this. This Starbucks has gone downhill and I have to think after reading the reviews on the manager, this is the reason why.

if i could give this restaurant ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I have to say I love starbucks and have never been treated so badly in my life! I went in this morning i ordered 3 drinks for my co-​workers, when it was rung up i was told the price had changed, when i asked to have my drinks mixed the man said he would not get arrested for making my drink without shaking it up!!! The nerve of this guy… when i told him i wanted to talk to his supervisor he said well im the supervisor!!! I cannot imagine Starbucks corporate knows about how there supervisor is treating paying customers. This is Scottsdale for heavens sake not a truck stop!!! I will never go into this starbucks again and I work in the same parking lot as the this starbucks!!! Shame on you!

This has to be the slowest Starbucks drive thru I’ve ever been in! And the people in the drive thru act like they should keep an entire cars length between them and the car in front of them. This ice tea better be amazing for the 15 mins I just spent in the line.

Drivethru is long. Waiting upfront takes a while. The line goes out to the door by Chipotle. Not a lot of sitting space. Drinks taste great.

I’ve only been to this Starbucks location four or five times, but the times that I have gone haven’t been that great. Once, when I ordered the tomato mozzarella panini, it took at least 10 minutes to get my order. There have been at least three instances where I’ll order that sandwich and they’ll be out of it. They should definitely order more sandwiches if they’re running out that frequently. And a lot of the time, the staff don’t even apologize that they’re out they just say «ok, have a good night bye».

Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. It is nothing special and this one leaves a little to be desired. At peak times, the wait can be a bit intense. The staff is not very friendly or enthusiastic. That being said, this location is the closest to home and on my route to work, so its what happens when my coffee making boyfriend sleeps in late and I’m left to fend for myself in the AM.

Service was curt, but pleasant and quick. Grande looked tiny when flat lid was locked into place (I ordered no whip). Mocha frappuccino was TOO sweet, I could only drink a third of it, the part with the slushy ice, before tossing the rest away (please recycle plastic!). Thank goodness I only paid half-​price during Starbucks’ happy hour (May 1st through May 10).

If you can beat the cars competing for a prime spot in entering through their Drive-​Thru, I’d recommend stopping here.
Why you ask? Well, every time I’ve been here:
1. Staff associates are genuinely friendly
2. Staff consistently asks appropriate follow-​up questions as to not assume and mess up my order
3. Coffee, latte, mocha, et al. are always on-​point and made with precision.
I tried their healthy fare Spinach and Feta breakfast wrap yesterday and am now a FAN! Not only is the calorie count lower, but it really is tasty.

I like this Starbucks even though it’s ridiculously busy. In fact, I think this is the busiest one in the state… or something like that.
I usually go through the drive-​thru when I go here. I like the fact that they have a drive-​thru because I’m too lazy, at times, to get out of my car and go in. Fair warning though… the drive-​thru can get really backed up sometimes, so it’s probably quicker to park and go inside.
Working the drive-​thru can be challenging because some of the drinks sound alike. I know if I worked it I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between a machiato and an americano… so props to the drive thru workers who never screw my order up.
