Dr Tarlow performed a knee replacement 11÷10÷15. When I had my eight week check up I had healed so well that I do not have to return for five years. He has a humorous bedside manner and was very thorough in explaining what to expect pre and post op. He has several Physical Therapy offices that he trusts. The one I chose is only two miles from where I live and they have been quite instrumental in how quickly I am healing. I am hoping Dr. Tarlow is able to perform a replacement on my other knee in about 3 months.

Dr. Tarlow is a delight to work with. He is not in the business of pushing surgeries when they won’t help, but not afraid to suggest surgery when he thinks it will help.
I did not need surgery, my husband did. He is recovering very nicely.
We would both recommend Dr. Tarlow to anyone who needs to make their knees work as well as they can, with or without invasive surgery.

Dr Tarlow and his staff are always very courteous and professional. I had a partial knee replacement at the age of 35 on my right knee. I am so pleased with the outcome! He was able to see me within a timely manner and I was able to walk the same day as surgery!

Dr. Tarlow is one of the best Surgeons in knee injures. three weeks ago I did my ACL surgery and now I’m already walking. he always motivates me and answer all my questions. his staff works like a happy family and you will always see their smiles. they make me feel a lot comfortable and treat me as part of their happy family. I love this place!

Best knee doc I have ever had! Dr. Tarlow performed a partial knee replacement on my left knee April 2013. Was up the next day doing physical therapy. 1 week later I mowed the lawn. Three weeks out I was riding my bike and two months post operative I was playing golf.
Thanks for giving me a new lease on life. I feel great and back to doing activities that I missed due to arthritic pain in my knee from a high school skiing injury on Mt. Hood, Oregon.
I highly recommend, Dr. Stefan Tarlow… Go Oregon Ducks!

I researched doctors in many areas until I found Dr. Tarlow. I love the fact that he just does knees. He has done a partial and a total knee replacement on me and has done a partial on my husband and will do his second knee shortly. We travel 4 hours to see Dr Tarlow and are thankful to have found him. He has a wonderful bedside manner, takes time to explain everything and does great surgery. I highly recommend him

I had my knee operated on at the Portland Knee Clinic when Dr. Tarlow worked there. He’s an awesome surgeon, very enthusiastic and personable. He worked on pretty much all the kids who had knee injuries in our town, and even made house calls to some of them (not to me). Super guy.
