Great staff here, they are always friendly. The beds are clean, and I never have to wait. I love that they always offer a cold towel, and have a jolly rancher as an added touch when you go into tan. The packages are also very affordable, and a great value, as they don’t expire.

The staff is always friendly and nice! The beds and rooms are consistently very clean, and I love the touch of leaving a jolly rancher candy out for each client. They also have tons of products available for use before/​after tanning which is super convenient. I don’t tan too often, so I really appreciate that the packages don’t expire and that they store my lotion behind the front desk for when I can swing in. Best place around!

Just moved to Scottsdale, was recommended to this place by a buddy of mine. First of I was more than impressed by the you g lady behind the CPU yer. Not only was she pleasant and helpful she was engaging and entertaining. The prices. Were much better than anticipated and their deals for new customers are outstanding. Not to mention the facility is clean and comfortably decorated. I def recommend all tanners.

Staff was nice, but I went into their strongest bed yet I didn’t get an ounce tanner! I wore a sticker too, which shows zero color change. Very disappointing for the high price I paid.

I love sunchain! They are by far my favorite tanning salon chain & this location is my favorite out of all of them. It’s nice because you can go to multiple locations and tan if you’re in a different part of town. So I’ve been to quite a few different locations just through traveling with my job & this location always gives great service and is very helpful!

I’ve tanned at many different salons, and have to say that Sunchain definitely stands out.
The new client process was quick and easy, and they provide toiletries in each room, so you can freshen up, and walk out looking (and smelling) better than you walked in.
The location is very convenient in Old Town, with plenty of parking.

I really like this place and would love to give 4 stars. But I cant seem to wrap my head around the fact that I’ve been frequenting this location for a year and a half and they never remember my name. Its been the same girls forever. I’ve used sun chain since 2005 and this is the only location that has no idea who I am as often as I come. I usually leave really good reviews but this is just getting obnoxious. I also have to ask for towels instead of being offered one. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is friendly, they just aren’t as personal as I would hope.

Hmmmmm. I am so underwhelmed by this place, but will be damned, keep going back. The prices are super reasonable, and they have a wide range of beds. but I just can’t seem to get a tan! Every bed seems to have something quirky — burned out bulbs, cracks, taped together parts, not working or out of order, needs to be cleaned, etc., I have only had to wait once, which isn’t bad, and their hours are great. Their lotion selection is diverse, but again, I just don’t seem to leave with the tan I am expecting. And I am a serious tanner! Their staff is friendly and attentive, and the place is clean. Aside from that, I give this place a strong «meh.» Each room has a nice basket of post-​tanning essentials, and you are offered a cold towel (and jolly rancher) which is a nice touch. The location is convenient, and it is always clean. Aside from this, a super-​vanilla tanning experience.

Paid for best bed they have and so worth it! The have packages but I only need 2 sessions to get my base. The provide towels and even a cold moist towel for your neck for cool down. Definitely give them a shot!
