I always feel taken advantage of when I walk out of here. They speak almost zero English, and although I really would feel badly dinging them for this, it leads to a gross lack of communication(or even desire to have a real conversation) which leads to a bad taste in my mouth. Today I went in with a western shirt that I like. I got it for $ 14 awhile ago at a consignment store. Its a Scully brand, and it tends to pick up a lot of cat fur and although not really dirty from wear I decided to take it in. The lady(Young) tells me that its $ 6.05! For a shirt? I questioned her about it as best as I could and she simply points to the embroidered flower that is on it as if this causes a whole lot of emotional trauma when dry cleaning the shirt. And once again, because of the inherent communications breakdown between her and me I just shrugged my shoulders and paid. I WOULDNOT have felt the need to just accept this if I was dealing with somebody who could adequately explain to me why etc… But in this case I am a slave to her inability to communicate with me in English. When I got to my car and looked at my receipt I see where she coded my shirt as «A Wind Breaker» and that is why it was charged that amount. Its not a jacket… its a shirt. But how do I explain this to her? She just keys in what she wants it appears. And I’ve always felt that this is what she does. Once I brought in some Tommy Bahama shirts to be cleaned and requested that they be boxed. I paid and left. When I came back to get them she explained that I owed her a whole bunch of money on top of it because it costs more when they box them. It was an altercation to explain to her that this was her error that she coded it wrong and not mine. Finally she conceded and didn’t charge me the additional screwed up amount since she could tell that I wasn’t going to pay the increase. I’ve gotta try another place. Dry cleaning is so pricey in Scottsdale its ridiculous and when they just wing the way that they are coding your drop offs I’ve gotta cut them loose. They advertise shirts are $ 2.75 but if it is anything other than the simplest of shirts there is an add on. But this shirt is the icing on the cake. Over $ 6??? And when I ask why you point to a flower? Enough is too much already.

We have used this cleaners for over a year and overall have been pleased with cleaning and service. There have been a few items not cleaned well but overall good. Today, I was leaving off a load of cleaning. I also returned a good dress of my wife that I picked up from our last visit. The zipper came back broken. I brought that to the attention of the woman staffing the cleaners. Her immediate response, which was hostile, was that they can’t fix the zipper they broke. It would have to be sent out and was too expensive so she would not help. She even suggested that we broke the zipper. I picked up my clothes and left. They have lost a customer and I will not return. In fact, this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review on any business. VERY disappointed.

Honest, honest, honest! Clothing is always ready on time; this last time I was in and a small plastic bag was attached to my pants. They had found a $ 20 in my pocket and there it was. Always friendly and quick.

If nothing goes wrong the cleaners are adequate. I’ve gone to them for a few years because they are close by and have had zero satisfaction when they have lost or ruined garments. They tell me they don’t understand what happened when a garment is lost or they tell me the garment they ruined came in that way or it was a defective garment. They never take responsibility, never offer to reimburse or credit me towards future dry cleaning. Time to find another dry cleaner.

I take my suits, sports coats, slacks, and dress shirts here all the time. They’re reliable and get them cleaned on time. They’ve never screwed up or lost anything…*knocking on wood*. Easy in/out and the parking lot is never too packed if you get there before the 24 hr Fitness next door gets going in the evening. Return Factor — 90%

Decent prices for dry cleaning especially when I got two Peacoats done for $ 7 each. Far from my side of town so that is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Cheap dry cleaning!

They did a great job getting a stain out of my suede vest. I can’t even tell where the stain was. For $ 25 my expectations were high and I was very pleased with the results.

For 2.75, you can’t expect the world, but when twice in a row you go to pick up your dry cleaning and it’s NOT there, you should at least expect a phone call and a credit. My items were supposed to be here Saturday. It’s Tuesday, still missing some items. Twice in a row, and I’ve even tried to give them my Business with alterations. Two calls later, still no return call. We dry clean enough where we need reliability, I think this time I’ll go ahead and find a more reliable(even if more expensive) dry cleaner.

Very decent drycleaners — definitely great value. I’ve been going there for over 2 years now and they’ve always done a good job(better than my stint at a more expensive cleaners that had problems with 3 different items!) I think they’re up to $ 2.75/garment now, but they have coupons in a lot of different mailers for $ 2.25/garment. The service isn’t anything special(which is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 4), but I’d definitely recommend them for your basic drycleaning needs.
