Recommend to get your pants hemmed somewhere else! I get all of my pants hemmed, have gone to several tailors around the area and have rarely had a problem. I always have the pants pinned to the heel height I want and wear those shoes during the measuring. The staff here cannot measure. I picked up pants that were at least 2 inches too long. I brought them back, had them measured again. Staff person wasn’t happy but said they would re-do them free of charge. Great! I picked them up a few days later. The pants are the same length! They didn’t re-do anything! Dry cleaning was acceptable but I won’t do business here again.

Shrunk my work clothes. They are cheap and close to work so I thought I will give them a try. Men’s dress shirts were fine, but they ruined all my other work clothes. My women’s wool dress pants from BR shrunk a size. Can’t zip them up and the length is 1 inche higher! There goes $ 120 to GW. Shrunk My Express skirt too. But the worst is my cocktail dress from Ann Taylor, shrunk a size, it is hard to zip, the waist is no longer at the waist, and the length is up at least an inch higher. Mind that in the 3 years I had it never had an issue with other cleaners. I was upset. I won’t take my delicates there anymore.
