I’d rather walk over hot coals than ever step foot in this store again. Zero help and all they want is money. My iPhone stopped charging and they couldn’t help. When I asked for help getting a replacement they said that they couldn’t do that and a new one would be $ 500+. The smug look on the face of the diminutive clerk thinking that he had a sale was enough to leave and call TMobile from home. STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE!

I went to this store and they were closed during posted business hours. I asked the surrounding businesses when they usually open and they said it varies from day to day. Sometimes on time, sometimes they’re only open for a couple hours a day.

Don’t waste your time in his store. Go to a T-Mobile store where they actually know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about.

I went to T-Mobile yesterday and switched over from Sprint. I got a Sony Experia phone and went with their 3GB plan. When I got home I worked out and noticed there was an issue with the phone when I worked out. The sound was extremely faint and I could not hear it well even after choosing optimal sound settings. Also, when I sent and received texts they would not be sent and received correctly and resulted in a few confusing conversations. So, I took the phone back to the store the next day and spoke with the manager Mazen. I told him the issue with the phone and that I wanted to return it. He didn’t mention the $ 50 restocking fee and simply told me the cost was $ 65 for«sales tax.» When I told him that seemed very high and didn’t make sense he then told me that they have to charge me $ 50 to re-stock the phone. I told him I had just bought the phone yesterday and that I returned it because it wasn’t working properly and asked him to waive the restocking fee. He said there«was nothing he could do?» and that I would need to pay the fee. So, I essentially had to pay $ 50 for a broken phone for 1 day. As a new customer from Sprint this put a bad taste in my mouth I would not recommend this store. Customer service is no bueno!
