The Flower Cart

I was in a horrible bind when 1−800Flowers failed to deliver a sympathy arrangement. After a few failed attempts with another florist, I found The Flower Cart in an online search (I don’t live in the area and am unfamiliar with the local florists). I was able to quickly place an online order. I was thrilled to find out the next day that they arrangement was delivered. Not only were they fast (no extra charge for next day service), but when I called, Jessica was incredibly helpful and kind. I will use this florist again should I ever have another need in the Scottsdale area.

I was coincidentally in the area to kill time. The person at the front was helpful. I just wanted to buy a rose for my girlfriend. At the last second, i was like, oh, what the hey, I’ll get the rose vase. I’m glad I got it! It was much more than just a rose, it was accentuated with other green stuff that a guy like me can’t name. Girlfriend loved how it turned out!

Deliver my mothers birthday flowers a day later. Their excuse was that the «Gate was closed» are you kidding me!!! Like you don’t know to wait for others cars to come in. I’ve never had that issue with deliveries in my apartment complex. Would not recommend. Thumbs down!

Earlier this week I placed an order to be delivered on Friday April 3^rd to my mother-​in-​law. Attached is the picture of what I ordered alongside a picture of what was delivered. I am extremely disappointed that not only were the flowers delivered on the wrong day, but looked nothing like what I ordered and paid extra for (to have the large arrangement). I could have sent a friend to Fry’s to pick up flowers and would have gotten a better arrangement!
My husband and I just moved to the Bay Area. There will be many holidays and special occasions that we will miss with friends and family in Arizona. Since we cannot be there, sending flowers is a way for us to show our family that we miss and care for them. We will not be ordering from the Flower Cart again.

The arrangement that The Flower Cart designed for my son and daughter in laws home was absolutely beautiful. I had asked them to send a Southwest arrangement and we were not disappointed. There were several beautiful desert succulents arranged in a beautiful ceramic bowl that will be displayed in their home for years to come.

My husband ordered an absolutely stunning bouquet of roses at The Flower Cart for delivery at my work on my birthday! I must say, I have never received a bouquet so incredibly SPECIAL!!! When my husband walked into the florist shop to place the order, he was very specific with his request and was quickly seated at their design center to go over the details of exactly what he wanted. He specified a dozen long-​stemmed red roses, fully bloomed so that they «popped» when I saw them, with a single yellow rose in the middle, and the vase was to be trimmed in red and yellow ribbons. On the day it was scheduled to be delivered, they even sent him a text of a picture of the bouquet they designed for his approval before delivery. Not only did they meet and exceed my husband’s expectations, I was completely blown away with how PERFECTLY designed the bouquet looked when I received it! I also enjoyed the delivery man’s enthusiasm — he seemed genuinely just as excited to present me with the bouquet as I was to receive it! Last but not least, I really LOVED the magical dusting of golden sparkle highlights over the entire bouquet, which made the bouquet absolutely breathtaking! It was unlike anything I have ever seen! WOW!!! :-)
