When my best friend decided that she was going to be relocating to Arizona, I was a bit skeptical. Who would actually WANT to move to the desert, right? But it pleases me to know that she will be in good hands while she’s out there. I had the pleasure of meeting her real estate agent, Andrew, while we were out there visiting her family and he was one of the best Realtors I’ve ever come in contact with.
Although I do not know much about Arizona, Andrew made sure to break down everything about Scottsdale (where she was moving to) and then some. He almost made me want to move out there! Andrew was able to not only negotiate with the seller to bring the price down, but he found her a house in about three weeks which is INSANE. How he managed to find her dream home in such a short amount of time really shows his ability to put himself in the customer’s shoes in addition to working the market like a ninja!
I actually just finished helping her pack, and although it pains me to know that she’s leaving in a few days, i know that she’ll be starting a great future in her new home and I’m so excited for her. I don’t know if you’re reading this, but thank you Andrew!!!
