I hate writing a bad review. But the uniform store needs to know as do customers. The woman working was very helpful in finding the right sized scrubs for me(this almost makes rating go up.) However, when I went to try on my pants, I witnessed a very familiar bug which I deal a lot with when working with crisis response team and seeing many types of them in the field due to home visits a while ago. I’m 98% sure it was a B E D B U G! I told the woman working at the desk that the small bug attached to the bottom of my uniform looked EXACTLY like a bed bug. She barely looked at it, killed it with a paper towel and didn’t acknowledged that there was anything SLIGHTLY wrong. I was told«we have no bed bugs here, it’s just a bug» Not just a bug. The worst bug. If you decide to purchase your uniform here, as a precaution, I placed my brand new scrubs in the dryer on high for 60 minutes and it kills the bed bugs.

Hmmmm. I guess it will matter if the store was actually open when I got here. Note on door says they were closed due to odor next door(it’s a storefront under construction). Not sure which odor would cause a store to close but seriously? Open the windows? Why would one lose business but maybe they don’t get that much to justify being in the stink. Lol. Hopefully they are open tomorrow so I can update the review with favorable ratings.

A couple months ago, on a tip from a client, I made a visit to this store. At that time there was a very knowledgeable and helpful person there to help with all my uniform needs. As I was not quite ready to monogram my logo, I waited. Just last week I contacted the store to find out time frame for monogramming. The sales person was not at all helpful as she could not answer one question. Come to find out the helpful person I’d worked with on previous occasion was no longer working there. I should have taken this as a sign of what was to come. I thought I’d have better luck with the manager/owner Linda. NOSUCHLUCK. Eventhough she stated the mockup of my logo would be completed by the next morning, it in fact took her two days and only after I contacted her twice by email and by phone had she sent the mockup. To add more frustration, she sent only one of two and the one she sent was incorrect. Her response to me was; ‘I have a lot of orders. Which one is yours? Who’s calling? ‘ I again reminded her off my time frame, which was missed. To date, it’s been four days past my need by date, she has still not provided the second mockup or has she contacted me re my pending order. Utterly ridiculous! I would not recommend this place to anyone. What’s the point of you can’t get what you need when you need it?

Traveling from San Francisco saw the store ate breakfast next door and then went to go to the uniform store and they were closed even though the sign said they open at 8am We waited until 815 still no sign of anyone Very disappointing
