This is the second time I have been here & had terrible service. The place looked like a bomb went off with packages all over the place. Long wait with only one young gal working alone & clearly overwhelmed. She couldn’t find the gentleman’s package in all the mess & he left & said he would come back later. I ended up leaving after a long wait & no acknowledgement from the worker (lol).
Went to pinnacle peak general store post office & got great fast service! Save yourself some time & aggravation & skip the UPS store!

Very friendly staff, always helpful. It’s nice to be greeted right when you walk into the store. If you have a forgotten key, they are always there to help.
